Ordered flowers on behalf of my family for a funeral. The deceased was a family friend of over 50 years. I placed the order online for Lilies and free candle. Ordered from the UK for a funeral. Unfortunately these couldn't make the service. However, communication was excellent and managed to get them delivered the next day to my family's home. Family members sent photos and it was a wonderful surprise to learn that two beautiful bouquets had been delivered. Mum's grave. Received a SMS advising they had been delivered, but not the photo I requested; as I reside in Victoria & am unable to place myself. It was a simple request which I was happy to pay for. So disappointing.

The flowers were received by nominated recipient on time and were apparently lovely. I did opt for the special, which was advertised as Native bunch with 'free candle'. But the candle was not free at all. I had to buy it for $25 and then got $18 off delivery but spent over $150. This was completely misleading but I had already got to the check out.. Show 4 replies

My daughter in law was very happy with the flowers, and they were delivered on time. One suggestion I would have, is to send a photo of the finished bunch of flowers to be delivered. delivery would be reassuring. Also, I like the fact you could update the order online, as my son's name was spelt wrong on the card (but it usually is it's a different spelling.) I could update it online so that was a good feature. Overall, very happy. .

size of a picture & still cost me $150, absolute graveyard robbery! To make matters worse, delivery guy called to ask for my help as he could not find the address. It either wasn’t written on his order that it was a church or he didn’t read the order. After I specifically told him to drive into the church yard & if there is no one there to only then leave the flowers at the church door, he left it all at the side gate which was closed. We were lucky that priest made a round & discovered flowers otherwise we would not have it for the funeral. I have written to the company explaining what happened but so far no one bothered to get in touch. This florist made this very hard day even worse, caused us all totally unnecessary heartache & anger. As a family we will never use these services again & will also make sure to let others know about our experience.
DISGUSTING AND DEAD FLOWERS sent! They should be TOTALLY ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!! They have “ no care factor” at all in their quality and standard. They take your money and slip, slop, slap a poorly arranged bunch of flowers together, that looks like a junior school kid has put together. a $100 arrangement, that looks like a $20 bunch of crap flowers from Coles Supermarket!
