I was disappointed! I ordered a bottle of Verve Clicquot for my friends 60th birthday and they delivered a bottle of Chandon. They have since rectified the situation, very promptly and my friend and I are very happy with the outcome.

DISGUSTING AND DEAD FLOWERS sent! They should be TOTALLY ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!! They have “ no care factor” at all in their quality and standard. They take your money and slip, slop, slap a poorly arranged bunch of flowers together, that looks like a junior school kid has put together. a $100 arrangement, that looks like a $20 bunch of crap flowers from Coles Supermarket! The flowers turned up the next day at 7.00am They look terrible my husband found them on the street we live on acres, there’s no fences the house is easy to see from the street , our front door is about 100metres away from the street The couriers did not bother driving in at leaving them at the front door they left them on the street!!!! There are some high bushes at the front so not easy to see If the were delivered yesterday that means they spent the night on the side of the road !!!!!
