Absolutely gorgeous arrangement which was delivered same day. The florist even called when a particular colour of gerbra was unavailable to ensure the substitute colour would be acceptable. I am a regular customer, it is my mistake I ordered flowers twice for my Mothers 96th birthday, I didnt realise I had made the mistake, it would be great service if Sarah flowers system can identify the duplication and inform the customer, this ended up costing me close to $300' however I accept it was my error. spoke with a staff member who was very polite and apologetic. She explained that the arrangement met the stated flower count; however, I noted that the overall presentation and quality did not reflect the advertised product. Unfortunately, the arrangement appeared more like a standard supermarket bouquet than what was expected.
I appreciate that a partial refund or credit was offered, which I have accepted. However, given this experience, particularly as the flowers were sent as a condolence, I will need to reconsider using your service in the future.
Follow-up · I would like to provide an update regarding my initial disappointment with the flower delivery. Belinda from Sarah’s Flowers has been excellent in her follow-up, taking the time to communicate with me, offer a sincere apology, and work towards resolving the issue. The flowers turned up the next day at 7.00am They look terrible my husband found them on the street we live on acres, there’s no fences the house is easy to see from the street , our front door is about 100metres away from the street The couriers did not bother driving in at leaving them at the front door they left them on the street!!!! There are some high bushes at the front so not easy to see If the were delivered yesterday that means they spent the night on the side of the road !!!!!

Ordered flowers and a hamper to go to my daughters workplace for her 40 th birthday . I rang on the day 18th March to check delivery time and was told it might not be until 5 pm . I asked if it could be earlier as my daughter would probably have left before then . They said theyd contact delivery van and request this . Flowers and hamper came… Read more
last thing in the day and the workplace was closed . I rang the next day as my daughter was home with her sick child and asked for it to be delivered to her home . I was requested to pay another delivery fee but pointed out Id already paid two delivery fees for the flowers and hamper and this was removed . The flowers and hamper were delivered last thing in the day just after 5 pm . The flowers were lovely but really it was all a bit disappointing .

Flowers eventually delivered Tuesday after midday. Nice enough but not amazing as a substitute, upon closer inspection some petal tips were blackened curled and dry. Looked like old bouquet or substituted from Woolies as they were pretty close bouquet to what I’d seen at Woolies. A 4 choc box was added for the inconvenience. Nice enough but all in all Mother’s Day was Sunday. Not Tuesday. So poor effort for what is supposed to be a can do outfit, these guys weren’t up to it.
