At no point did they attempt to contact me to advise they couldn’t fulfill my order or deliver on the day requested. I am terribly disappointed with the overall experience.

An absolutely wonderful bunch of people providing the best flower delivery service in Brisbane. The ordering process is smooth, and flowers are always magnificent. Every special request I’ve ever had was handled with utmost care and professionalism. No notes.
I honestly felt underwhelmed when the flowers got here. It looked like 70% of just leaves and the rest were the flowers. I know I chose the regular size but it still felt very disappointing cos the leaves were brown. Definitely didn’t look like the website flowers. I’ve removed quite a lot of the leaves in this photo. very special occasion. Further, their logistics process did not work. We had to chase to confirm delivery was going to occur and when. Unlike prior orders (we were happy with) we got no email updates. Previously we were sent a photo of the flowers before they were sent. This did not happen. We communicated all this to Fig & Bloom and they promised to follow up but they never did. There are many good reliable companies selling flowers online. Fig and Bloom let us down. They did well in Brisbane and disappointed us in Melbourne.
Follow-up · The follow up from Fig & Bloom was excellent. They provided a partial refund to acknowledge that the flowers did not meet the expectations set by the photo on their website. They also explained that they investigated and understood why this happened.

answered or returned), no one reached out to explain what had happened. When I finally managed to speak with someone on the phone, I was connected with “[Name Removed],” who was unhelpful, argumentative, and unable to explain why a false delivery confirmation had been sent.
At no point was there any accountability taken for the failed delivery, nor was an apology offered. Instead, [Name Removed] questioned what I expected her to do about it. A refund was only offered after I specifically requested one, and I was told it would take 3–5 business days as it had "just been processed."
The excuses given were poor, the attitude dismissive, and there was a complete lack of regard for customer service.
Flower delivery is often tied to significant, heartfelt moments. If you’re looking for a company that values quality service and reliability, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.
