Quality and number of flowers not as presented online in photos
See photos below for yourself. Cost was $150 plus $25 delivery. Very disappointed and embarrassed that this was what was delivered

Beautiful service and flowers
Website was nice and easy to use. The choice of flowers was great, loved the quality, style and arrangement of them. A few more flowers would have been nice in the bouquet but they looked amazing nonetheless! Receiving a photo of the product is really nice too.

Do not use this company
The pictures the company use do not represent the value you will receive. They display a $175 bundle on their website but if you purchase $175 bunch you will only receive half of the amount as picture. Deceiving!!!! Then they remove your 1 star review. Distasteful

Great flowers but they need to fix their delivery model
If you want to surprise someone don't use Fig & Bloom. For some reason they text the recipient with the tracking details which kinda ruins the whole point of a surprise? It is so bizarre.

Beautiful service, product and experience
Website is so easy to use and I loved you could choose a budget and the flowers would be chosen and arranged with that in mind. Getting a photo of the flowers was next level service. My friend was so happy with her flowers and they were delivered so quickly. Great service. Thank you.

No one answers the phone or email!
Ordered flowers for a work colleague in Qld but they couldn't be delivered which is not uncommon and happens. But no one contacted me the next day for the redelivery facility in their terms and conditions and when I called them, no one answered. For the next week I emailed multiple times, rang them multiple times...all 3 atores in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. No one ever answered. Money gone and I can't reach anyone to discuss my options.

SO…Sooooooo impressed!
So..I have been an avid flower giver & receiver over many years…& I have never left a review for anyone…until now.
I ordered Mothers Day flowers to be sent to my mum in brisbane today, I live in melbourne.
After researching copious florists..( I am known for my thoroughness )…I decided upon Fig & Bloom as I loved their intro…it felt thorough & caring.
I Am SO appreciative that I did.
Seriously, in all the years I’ve been ordering flowers I have NEVER experienced such a diligent & organised…with genuine care & love…& detail in all of my previous...

Fantastic Service, Gorgeous Flowers!
The whole Fig & Bloom experience was great, from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate, ordering was simple and they kept me informed on delivery every step of the way. The flowers were gorgeous - I ordered the Bespoke - Australian Natives bouquet. The flowers were as I expected, from the photo on the website. Both myself and my sister (the recipient) were very happy! I would recommend Fig & Bloom to anyone looking to order online.

Beautiful flowers and reliable delivery!
I ordered the Umbria bouquet - Extra Large and they were just like the pictures on Fig&Bloom. Big, beautiful and fresh on arrival! I needed them for a birthday and they were super helpful notifying me when the flowers were out for delivery and allowing me to track the courier.

Would never order from here again!!!
I'm not sure if the flowers delivered were put into a ceramic vase (which I paid extra for). The flowers do not look fresh, and despite the simple contemporary feel of the advertised arrangement, the delivered variation was so filled with greenery, it looked like it was bought from a big brand grocery shop. The only similarity was the fact that there were white flowers. To note, I paid $226.45 for this delivery.

My complaint 24th April with wilted flowers delivered 7an 24th instead 23rd diver insisted they were delivered 23rd they were not and very obvious out of water all night. Flowers I got for Easter were absolutely magnificent. Can’t believe such a huge difference in 2w?? Can I trust you to do some magnificent flowers for a friend that in going through chemo radiotherapy she needs to look at beautiful things as not a great deal of beauty around her atm
