Great service
The order was placed same day, communication over delivery was excellent, got a call to to confirm delivery time. Arrived exactly when organised. Very professional and fruit was great. Thanks for helping me treat my daughter at her boarding school.

Service as it should be.
As a State manager for a firm relying on customer experience for 20 years, I would say that from when the call was answered to delivery your staff the service was 1st class. My daughter said, not only did the flowers look fresh, but they smelt beautiful. .

BEWARE - Only 1 STAR FOR TRYING
Absolutely Terrible service, Needed to be delivered prior to 5.00pm, (Discussed this in length with [Name Removed]) Called them at 4.55pm to see where the flowers were only to be told the driver will not be able to make it before 5.00pm ''SORRY'' !!!!!!! So much for DELIVERY GUARANTEED, Special occasion RUINED , should of trusted my instinct.

A little nerve racking
I would prefer to get a photo of the flowers before they are delivered to the recipient. The actual flowers will not be exactly the same as the one advertised that I understand. I didn't like the flowers at first when my friend showed me, it looked blah and I thought I wasted my money. After a couple of days she showed me and it looked beautiful and colourful.
The Roses are Perfect
The arrangements are immaculate and love the boxes the long stem roses come in. The family members i send the roses to are so impressed. Delivery is always as promised and love that I get an sms when they have been delivered.

A product was ordered to be delivered to me as my Mother’s Day gift. What was supplied wasn’t at all suitable, we are over two months later and still haven’t received my gift. Why would that be?

The Secret Garden Tea Cup was ordered for me for Mother’s Day by my daughter Alicia Peers. She has repeatedly requested that this item be supplied. To be told that the item wasn’t available and that she could wait until it was or be issued a credit. We don’t need a credit as what is ordered isn’t supplied. The item is still advertised on your website.

My daughter has not had time recently to contact you as she is a frontline Covid worker.

Do the eternal roses smell good
we live in coffs harbour and my wife received 12 roses for her birthday ,a shocking combination of red orange and yellow and they just lasted 5 days after all the necessary care and attention ,can you please advise the colour co Ordinator and the quality control as to what you are supposed to deliver? I am sorry but I couldn't rate any part of your service .I await your reply

Can you confirm if the order# 1653 has been delivered to the right person? Just put the 1st name on it and the address has a missing zip code since the address where the flower will be delivered is overseas in Philippines.
