I looked online at first and then because I had a few queries, I phoned and I must say the service is amazing. I particularly like the fact that I was notified of any change due to unavailability and exactly when the fruit basket was delivered. Fantastic service. Show reply
Roses tried to add to my order, sorted that out, They then sent flowers that only lasted 2 days, when I complained, they were so sorry, so they sent a new bunch of flowers, but guess what, survived 2 days, so that’s it for me, no more
I had the flowers delivered on Saturday to give to my mum on Sunday unfortunately they had started wilting substantially by Sunday morning even though I topped up the water. The roses also had a lot of Brown around the petals that had been manipulated. It was very disappointing considering the price point, otherwise they would have been amazing..

This is the second time Ive used Roses only for Mothers Day and they never disappoint. My mum absolutely loved the flowers and gifts from roses only. Once again, Roses Only has performed amazingly. On short notice, my partner received her beautiful two dozen long stemmed roses along with some wine and chocolates. I ordered a mixed fruit box and Baby boy balloon to be delivered to my niece and her husband to celebrate the arrival of their little man. Delivery was smooth. The kind lady who rang me prior the delivery, sorry the line was cutting off couldnt catch her name, she found an alternative solution to sort out the delivery to the hospital with no hassle, prioritised the customers request and made sure that it got delivered on the day. Follow-up · The delivery was within the time frame specified, quality was fairly good, some of the red rose's were a little wilted and the bouquet lasted about 5 days which I thought was not long enough for that price point. I never used the customer service so I'm not sure how it would be.
Ordered flowers on Friday for delivery Monday. The recipient didnt receive them until 4.30 Monday afternoon. I just assumed they would be delivered Monday morning or earlier in the afternoon..

Follow-up · The flowers were a beautiful colour and because they were mostly natives , lasted so long in water and are still in mums vase in a dried capacity and still look lovely.

We guarantee our arrangements will last approximately 5 days if cared for correctly. We recommend watering all arrangement types, cutting the stems of flowers in bouquets at an angle before arranging in a vase and changing the water in the vase every two days to extend the life of your arrangement. Arrangements in a box or ceramic pot with floral foam should be watered every day. Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may also have an adverse effect on the flowers.
Please remember that flowers are a natural and perishable product and as such, may be affected by both indoor and outdoor environmental factors, seasonal availability and variations in colour, shape and size.

my amazement they re-sent the same flowers to my daughter completely free of charge and they were perfect. I know this review is late being done but I can’t thank Roses Only enough for the professional way they looked after me. I have told as many people as possible about how wonderful I was treated. So, a very big thank you to Roses Only for not ignoring me and for allowing me to have faith in this wonderful company again. And yes, I’ve since sent quite a few flowers to family since using of course, Roses Only. Businesses like this are quite rare these days so back the few that still care about their customers. Amazing service – Best part of my experience was that the whole process was so easy. I called the number, spoke to a helpful staff member. through so many tabs and links to get what I want so I was a bit apprehensive, but I didn't have to worry. I typed in the event, clicked on the bouquet that I wanted, they gave me an option to choose an add on, gave me an option to put my note in a card, added the delivery fee then I paid following all the information required of who it was for, the address, the number of the person receiving etc. My order was complete and a confirmation email and text was sent with my invoice and order number plus a way to track my order. I ordered at approx 7:45am - my order was delivered at approx 12:30pm. I only knew because I received a text advising it which was incredible because the ETA given was 6pm. Very organized service, bravo!

Some of the flowers looked old and not fresh and those ones have already been removed from arrangement as they have not lasted. Normally you dont see order after purchase but this lot I did and dont think it was value for money. .

The order I placed for Mothers Day for my mum, the order arrived but some of the flowers stems were a little bit broken or were wilted. Normally when Ive placed an order before the arrangement has turned out beautifully, but this time I was a bit disappointed in how they were received. .

I had to change my delivery date twice as the recipient went to hospital unexpectedly and it was easy to do and worked out really well. Also changed my message and this went well too!
