difficulty moving items through the front door despite an easy clearance, repeatedly banging furniture into the walls and door frames. • As a result, my house now has several dents in the walls. • Much of my furniture arrived damaged, including: • Dents • Chipped paint • Scuff marks • The dining table was not dismantled (legs left attached), which reduced the efficiency of space in the truck and suggested poor handling practices. • It did not appear that furniture was properly covered or protected during transit. • At one point, the couch was dragged along the metal floor of the truck lifter, leaving it very dirty. • I had to ask the movers to place a soft blanket underneath it to prevent further damage. • When I pointed out the dent in the king bed head, the response from the movers was that it was “hard to get down the stairs.” • This was disappointing given extra was paid for the service with the expectation items would be handled carefully. • I take great care of my furniture, and all items were in excellent condition prior to the move. • The movers struggled significantly with larger pieces of furniture, which contributed to the damage. • Based on the way items were handled, it felt more like a demolition service than a professional removals service. • There was still furniture left to move, however after seeing how items were being handled and the damage that had already occurred, I did not feel comfortable continuing with the service. • I have photos of the damage

The owner sounded good until the day.. was supposed to move on Sunday morning at 9 a.m. Received a 3 calls Saturday night 10:30 p.m. saying they wouldn't come at midday... saying oh no it's Sunday! I said ok come at 11 but please no later they arrived 11.30 and didn't even know they had to PACK as well as move!!! They came with Bunnings boxes only… Read more

medium size and not enough and no large boxes they didn't even know they were supposed to pack for me I have a disability and this was arranged for me by my family

They seemed unhappy about it ...I had already packed some fragile things fortunately!!!!!!!! I left for my new place with my family which was only15/ 20 minutes away

They called after a few hours and said they had finished and they were going to come they said they couldn't pack anything else as they didn't have boxes they had left all of my clothing and many things obviously not enough boxes or large enough boxes either... and they said no more room on their truck crazy hey!!

My sister had to go back to pick up everything that they left there two car trips on a very hot day I will provide the photos

They were clumsy as they were bringing in a bed they were not knowing what to do and nearly threaded the screws and nearly broke the bed! I had to call out "stop stop you are breaking it stop please" they barely listened only one spoke English ..and then I quickly rang my son to come and help in the disasterous situation

They went to move my fridge by just pushing it across the floor and I said "no stop stop please use a trolley and lift it!!"

We had to go back and collect everything that they left They lost two very lovely books which are irreplaceable they said they didn't have a lost and found and they didn't know where the books were!!!

Everything was chaos.. my brother-in-law and my son had to come over immediately to help and stop them breaking the bed! He had to bring his tools and sort it!! Because I have a disability my family were paying for packing and moving for me

I didn't have anything ready to even prepare a meal or make a cup of tea it was the worst thing ever and the worst move I have ever ever had I had the microwave but couldn't use it as they had packed the glass plate turntable in all the kitchen boxes in the second bedroom!!!!

The next morning I had nothing to eat or drink and my son had to contact Airtasker and a lovely young chap came and unpacked all the kitchen boxes took about three hours he did a great job lovely bloke name of Rune

When I rang the owner he was overseas!! it seems that he has a lot of people working for him and there is no accountability and very poor communication I explained that they rang me the night before and he promised me they would be there at 9 in the morning they didn't start til a quarter to 12

The owner comes across with a lot of charm but it's all words and no responsibility

There is another removalist by the name of Singh but these guys are different ( best movers Singh he calls himself SP) I think the other removalists appeared to be very good they are in another state I think it was Victoria

I wouldn't give them one star and I would warn anyone do not use them the reviews that they have I well imagine are written by all their friends mates etc as you can see there are a lot of reviews like mine ...unfortunately my relative didn't do enough research and they were trying to keep the price down ...had we read the reviews I would never have used them ....so I am warning please do not use them for the safety of your furniture and household goods and your welfare and mental health!!!

Upon delivering they asked for the money immediately I was so exhausted I actually wanted to hold back some of the money till I was sure that nothing was broken or lost but I felt too weary and overwhelmed so just paid it was my family who was footing the bill which was so lovely of them It was a very hot day as this summer has been so it was just dreadful all around

I rang the owner afterwards asking about the books he said oh I will look into it yes yes leave it to me and then he never returned a call just crickets it is very shonky promise the world deliver trouble .....stay away
