Terrible - Deserve ZERO rating – I paid $2923.20 (invoice # 57441) for bluestone pool coping and paving. They promised me a within 6 weeks. - When the outline are drawn on a big card board of an existing pool copping, how hard is it to determine which side is the top? You guys even got that wrong, resulting all custom pieces showing unfinished side up.

- All pieces were ordered as bullnose edge, and you even managed to miss that too. Skimmer box piece did not have bullnose piece.

- The completed skimmer box piece was unusable. I simply could not use it because of so many fault. Already sent you the photo of what I used instead.

- Corner piece didn’t have enough overhang. Now when looking from the top, I can see the upper edge of water line which should have been covered by the overhanging of the corner piece.

I took me 4 months and counting to follow up with your business to resolve the situation. It has caused me lot of frustration and stress.

This shop make false promises and doesn't take any step to resolve the situation. I went to consumer affair and now planning to go to VCAT.

Rule 1: Don't buy anything from them

Rule 2: If you must, then never pay them deposit in advance.
