they had taken on too much work and mine wasn't a priority given I wasn't living int he premises at that time. This is now having significant impact on my family’s day-to-day life. Like many people, saving for a project of this size takes considerable effort (even more so for a single mother). Sadly, the outcome so far has not met the level of quality, service, or professionalism a customer would reasonably expect. Communication was smooth during the sales process, but once work commenced, communication became poor and inconsistent. Delays were not proactively explained, and follow‑up required ongoing effort from our side. The quality has been very poor and service at times, has been quite rude. I will continue to engage and support small, local and family run businesses however this business have some work to. I share this review so others can proceed with caution. I genuinely hope no other families experience the same disruption and disappointment we have.
