measurements to begin production. From there he managed all trades with clear schedules so we knew what to expect. Delivery of kitchen, appliances and supplies arrived exactly when stated, with communication from trades and Mario through whole process.

Trades were clean, efficient and clear in scope of work.

We unfortunately had a manufacturing defect in one of our benchtops which was only noticed when installer went to fit. Installer informed Mario, who then let us know that he already queued another bench top for production at Wallspan’s expense, and scheduled trades for expedited install the moment the bench top was ready.

With the new benchtop made, work continued and finished, Just in time for ANZAC day biscuits made in our new kitchen.

We are in love with it, even though we are still figuring out where everything should go.

Life in its many aspects, is always full of setbacks. It is how setbacks are dealt with that differentiate a good company from an outstanding company. We are glad we went through Wallspan, with their care, integrity and honesty of an unfortunate installation process, corrected to perfection.

designer, Grant, spent a couple of hours with us designing our new kitchen - he listened to what we wanted and also provided us with some great suggestions - and then Darren (who project managed our kitchen) then spent a couple of hours at our house ensuring every measurement and requirement was spot on. We called Darren and talked about a small change to our window frame and Darren was straight onto the tradie to ensure that this was possible. The ongoing communication through the entire process was excellent and timely, and everything happened as quoted. The kitchen was delivered on the appointed day, the old kitchen was taken out on the correct day, and all of the tradies were organised and on time. They each did a great job! We paid for the kitchen in three parts (deposit, mid-process payment and then final payment a few days before the final job). We were given quotes for the tradies - which we paid after the work separately - and they were super close. There were a few little extras that we asked for so they were added to the final (reasonably-priced) bills. Darren came and checked on progress during the build, checked in via telephone and also checked that all was what we wanted and expected after the build. We highly recommend Wallspan (have already done so via word of mouth to another person) and would definitely use them again. We really wish they also did bathrooms!

downsize (all in the one year) I was a little apprehensive about going about this process on my own. I had also had a kitchen installed, a number of years ago, and had not particularly enjoyed the experience - felt judged by my choices of colours etc and the size of the job - not an enormous kitchen. However, with Wallspan I felt supported and comfortable through the whole process. I also felt that I was getting value for money - the costs were clear and itemised. The supervisor assured me that he would be available through the period and he was. The tradesmen were polite, made sure (by messaging me prior to the day) that I knew when they were coming, introduced themselves, did their work efficiently and tidied up after them. I was impressed. selecting the wardrobes was easy in store and the salesperson understood my requirements. Looking for a cheap option but with quality. single mum in small house with no storage.

While the Design process was quite challenging the final product installed was excellent. From the delivery guys to all of the trades, their workmanship was outstanding. Very helpful staff from everyone in the show room, through to installation. Am very happy with the installer , who did a wonderful job installing my robe . I just love the built in robe , for both appearance and functionality.
