We were so happy with Wallspan after they installed our kitchen that we got them back to design and upgrade our laundry. Wallspan were again amazing to deal with. The whole process from design to the finished product went smoothly and effortlessly. Walspans team of trades people were highly skilled and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the finished product. We would happily recommend Wallspan to anyone.

all were excellent! Although independant contractors, they had obviously all worked together on Wallspan contracts before, and there was a great spirit of them working alongside eachother, and they were professional, helpful and friendly and great to have on site. My only negative experiences were that I felt pressured in the showroom to select the elements I wanted and to commit to an immediate site measurement date (I understand this was so that I could be given a quote upfront at the site measurement, and so that the 'vouchers' they gave me could be used). Since I hadn't been anywhere else and had only just started my enquiries, this felt like high pressure sales tactics. Again, at the site measurement, I felt pressured to commit to the contract and pay a deposit on the spot in order to lock in the quote and take advantage of the discount vouchers that were being offered. As it turned out, I was satisfied that the quotes were reasonable, and ended up being extremely satisfied with the planning, work and result. I would fully recommend Wallspan (Mile End). But be warned of the high pressure tactics if Wallspan your first port of call and you have no idea what you want or how much it may cost.

Follow-up · yes the benchtop and appliances are very easy to clean, because we didn't change the layout we have plenty of storage in fact by changing the rear of the benchtop that faces the dining area we have more storage. Darren was open to these, and took the time to explain the pros and cons. Some of these were implemented and others I happily let go. Selections were very professional and I found being able to see and touch the products in the showroom helpful. Initially, I intended to source the appliances myself (to save $) however the prices from Wallspan were less for better brands. The time spent check measuring was very meticulous and comforting, during this I refined some of my choices. The tradies who attended were all gentlemen and very professional, turned up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves and invoiced as quoted by Wallspan, one actually charged less. The site has access issues and being a unit required working with other tenants, there were no issues at all. The entire process was seemless and worry free. I had expected some challenges however there were none and I’m grateful to have found reliable tradies for future maintenance. I am thrilled with our kitchen, the entire process was excellent, professional, efficient, great quality and finished on time. What’s not to love?

measurements to begin production. From there he managed all trades with clear schedules so we knew what to expect. Delivery of kitchen, appliances and supplies arrived exactly when stated, with communication from trades and Mario through whole process.
Trades were clean, efficient and clear in scope of work.
We unfortunately had a manufacturing defect in one of our benchtops which was only noticed when installer went to fit. Installer informed Mario, who then let us know that he already queued another bench top for production at Wallspan’s expense, and scheduled trades for expedited install the moment the bench top was ready.
With the new benchtop made, work continued and finished, Just in time for ANZAC day biscuits made in our new kitchen.
We are in love with it, even though we are still figuring out where everything should go.
Life in its many aspects, is always full of setbacks. It is how setbacks are dealt with that differentiate a good company from an outstanding company. We are glad we went through Wallspan, with their care, integrity and honesty of an unfortunate installation process, corrected to perfection.

My only complaint would be that a computer generated design was provided at first, from the measurements that were given to them, rather than a first, initial, in-home measurement. I realise that this might have been due to time or staffing constraints. My robes did need modifications before installation. The actual in-home measurement was organised promptly. I would really like to commend Amir, from Wallspan, who did the measuring and installing. He was polite, friendly professional and patient with any questions that I had. On the day of installation, he consulted with me on the more specific measurements based on lengths and heights of the interna l hanging spaces and height of the shelving. This was much appreciated. The cleanup process was excellent! I am happy with my robes and would give Wallspan a rating of 4.5 stars . Thank you everyone.

Mario and his team have done an amazing job. It’s rare to have tradesman constantly asking you what you think. It’s extremely rare to have the supervisor inspect the finished job. The way they have designed and installed a new kitchen to look like it belongs in an older house is incredible and we could not be happier.
