From start of visit to showroom to finish of construction, the project was well organised and scheduled accurately and on time. delivery guys were very careful, the tradesmen: Tony, Jude, Dominic, Michael, Frank, were respectful, highly skilled and arrived when they said they would and were a pleasure to have in our home. Griffin Surfaces with the bench tops and Adelaide Precision Glass with the splashbacks also were very professional and accurate with their work. What starts out as a daunting, disruptive project ends up as a piece of cake thanks to Wallspan. Thanks from Peter and Karyn.

Wallspan were amazing. Everything from selections to demolition and finally installation was awesome. They were very professional and Mario continually checked that everything was going well throughout the whole process. All the tradies were great and did a fabulous job. We love our new kitchen. We have been very impressed with the finish of our new kitchen, it has turned out even better than expected! The whole process of design, removal of old kitchen, check measure, installation and second fix was very thorough, and we were always kept informed by our fabulous site supervisor. Follow-up · High quality materials were used. So easy to clean up and no noticeable staining after spillages on bench tops or cupboards. Clean up was done by the contractors and all mess was cleared up efficiently with nothing left behind. Really happy with the overall project.

We went through Wallspan to do a full kitchen renovation and absolutely LOVED the entire process. The team from the moment I walked into the showroom to the final trades person leaving along with our project manager was nothing short of amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Wallspan again and recommend them to anyone looking to do a kitchen renovation.

An apprentice carpenter could do a better job of installing the kitchen cabinets then the person wallspan contracted. New floorboards scratched, floorboard installer did an average job, had to come back twice to fix their mess. Wallspan didn’t check quality of work. Wouldn’t use this company again. Absolute disgrace.
The installer did not arrive on pre-arranged day to measure before installing. When I rang after waiting a couple of hours the lady was very rude and abrupt. I had taken the day off from work for this. Wardrobes are ok but wouldn't use Wall Span again just because of the rudeness from the lady.

guidance offered. If you’re considering Wallspan, make sure you already know exactly what you want, as you won’t be getting much professional advice during this visit. At the end of the appointment, we were given what seemed like an inflated quote, followed by a call to the manager to see if a “special price” could be offered—but only if you sign on the spot. This approach felt like a high-pressure sales tactic and requires a significant upfront deposit. Another important point: the initial quote includes only estimates for required trades, which you pay for separately throughout the process. In our case, the electrician’s actual bill ended up being more than double the estimate—adding nearly $2,000 to our costs. This was partly due to wanting slimline PowerPoints instead of basic ones, which weren’t included in the base quote. Even the tiler charged extra because we didn’t want plain white grout. To make matters worse, the price was revised upward again after the final check measure. By that point, you’ve already paid a deposit and have little choice but to absorb the additional costs. We were able to save some money by challenging the quoted prices on appliances, many of which we found significantly cheaper online. Wallspan agreed to price match, but we suspect many customers wouldn’t know to check. In summary, although the kitchen looks fine, the lack of transparency and reliance on pressure tactics left a bad impression. We would not use Wallspan again, nor would we recommend them.

Thank you Sharon, Christina and Chantelle. Grant was great in the design process, suggesting alterations/modifications to best suit my needs. Darren, the Wallspan Customer Support person, was really responsive in all my dealings with him. I was impressed by his professionalism, his expertise, his eagle eye for detail and his efficiency for sorting out any issues that arose. The work contract that was provided to me was exceptionally comprehensive. Information regarding the delivery of goods, project coordination, the names and contacts of trades names/business and their contact numbers as well as their scheduled time of work was fantastic and worked well. The estimates of trades expenses were very good. Trades people were punctual, friendly, polite and well experienced in their personal fields. I was happy with their work. I appreciated the effort entered into, in order to complete installations whilst an injured installer had needed recovery time, in order to meet the targeted finish date. This change was effectively done and the target date was achieved. I did feel that the cleanup process could have really been improved. As with all renovations of this type, a lot of mess, is understandably created. Even though debris was blown into a central area and swept up, debris still remained. An industrial strength vacuum cleaner used by all trades would have really helped pick up fine material particles and dust and been a really useful addition. Having someone responsible for a final cleanup ( such as wiping inside cabinets, on all external surfaces ) after the final work has been completed would have been an excellent way of finishing the cleaning task. Regardless of which trades person worked, the next trade will invariably create more mess which is totally understandable as renovation in this area is a very sequential process. And, dirt does travel and settle. A cost for a final clean could easily be incorporated or added to the cost of rubbish removal. I would have approved of such an inclusion. I was really pleased with the the quality of materials, the workmanship, the Ceasar Stone benching and the total pricing of the materials, appliances and work that supplied me with a beautiful kithchen and laundry within my budget. I took advantage of a brilliant discount offer. I have no hesitation at recommending the entire team at Melrose Park's Wallspan. I thank you for all you have provided. I give a rating of 4.8 Stars for my satisfaction rating. If the cleaning had been more thorough, a rating of 5.0 would have been given.
Very pleased with our laundry and kitchen installed by wallspan. Very professional and responsive throughout the process. When matters or queries arose during the installation these were dealt with promptly and effectively. Followed through on commitments and communicated well. Schedule was accurate and trades were excellent. Would use again.
