really listened to what I wanted and made wonderful suggestions. We had fun with it! The project was completed as it had begun, excellent communication throughout, seamless administration, a big shout out to Donna for that, and finally installation by a team of very professional and efficient young men whose warm personalities brought joy into our house. There was a slight mix-up at the beginning, and the project started a little later than expected, but it was quickly resolved and soon back on schedule. From that point on, everything ran smoothly, and communication was excellent throughout.

A special mention to Richard, our designer, who was outstanding. He had a great understanding of what would and wouldn’t work in our space, offered honest, practical advice, and was always patient with our changes. His design skills and attention to detail brought our vision to life beautifully.

The project involved a fair amount of demolition, which was handled by Fix-A-Wall, who did a fantastic job — efficient, tidy, and thorough. Pete, the plasterer, was also brilliant, not only exceptional at his work but also brought humour and good energy to the site, making the process enjoyable.

The electricians were professional, punctual, and meticulous, while the team from Oceanic Plumbing were equally impressive, reliable, skilled, and easy to communicate with. We’d happily use both again in future.

A big thanks also to Craig, the project manager, who was excellent at troubleshooting and keeping things on track. His calm, proactive approach gave us confidence from start to finish.

We feel we got a lot of kitchen for our budget, it honestly looks a million dollars but didn’t cost anywhere near that. The quality, design, and workmanship exceeded our expectations, and we’ve had so many compliments from friends and family.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Flexi Renovation Joondalup, and especially Richard and Craig, to anyone wanting a high-quality, stylish, and stress-free renovation experience.

We bought a house that has no walk in robe but an empty little cubicle. Didn’t know if we have enough room for one given how small the whole area is but Ross solved our problem and surprised us. We renovated our walk in robe. The process was very smooth from the beginning planning stage to its execution. Ross from Flexi took his time visited us at home designed the space as we wanted and provided advise as to how to maximize our cupboard space, be practical about it but also the design to be aesthetically appealing. The installers were respectful, skilled and installed the wardrobe and draws with precision. Flexi provided our kitchen, scullery, laundry, garage and bedroom cabinetry. We did change our minds a lot when it came to making selections concerning the design, colours, lighting and splashbacks. Moreso, when the ban on engineered stone hit, but these issues were always handled in a most friendly and helpful manner.

Cosentino Stone, Wangara were a great source of knowledge and assisted us in choosing our stone. The whole installation went like a dream including the delivery, cutting and fitting of the stone, which was completed with the minimum of fuss in a very rural off-road area.

The Production Manager, Glenn and his team were first class. As our house build has taken some time to come to fruition and cabinets had to be altered due to a number of external errors and whiteware fit, consequently the installation could not take place in one visit, but once again Glenn and his installers Dave & Co did a first-class job, even though they had to return several times, due to errors caused by other trades not associated with Flexi.

Donna on the front desk, though extremely busy, was always at the end of the phone to assist or find the right person to answer any questions posed!

Finally, the associated trades, recommended for stone supply (Cosentino) and cutting/installation (Master Tops) were outstanding and worked extremely well alongside the team at Flexi. I would highly recommend Flexi to anyone who wishes to get new cabinetry.

Dave was the main contractor on our job and he is amazing, his work ethic and attention to detail are second to none, he is truly a credit to the company.

Glenn & Craig were on hand as required and any issues that we brought to their attention was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

helped me with the myriad of colours, stone benchtops and splashbacks when I became quite overwhelmed with the variety on offer but he was able to narrow down the options and help me focus and make the right choices to create the look I wanted.

Once everything was in place a schedule was created providing us with all the stages, dates and times when preparation and instals would be proceeding. This made it incredibly easy to manage around the work.

The quality of the kitchen and the precision in workmanship is outstanding and all who took part in my dream kitchen were consummate professionals in their fields. Always leaving the place clean before they left.
