layout. Determined to do the renovation properly, I worked with Francois, who visited my home and developed several design options, accommodating my changes along the way. Each time I modified my ideas, Francois updated the plans, showing me the designs on paper, the computer, and in 3D on the large TV screen at their Claremont showroom. His patience and understanding helped me achieve the look and optimal utilisation of space I wanted. Francois also assisted in organising tradesmen for quotes on the required work. A timeline was established, and the renovation began in September, taking approximately four weeks to complete. I am grateful to Kitchen Craftsmen, Francois for designing, David, who delivered the cabinets, Jason, who installed them, and Garry (the Snagger), who made minor fixes. Everyone was punctual, communicated arrival times and any delays via text, and were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. I still have the painting and floor tiles to be replaced, however that can wait until next year. My kitchen is now beautiful, modern, and far more user-friendly. I absolutely love it! I have also attached some before and after photos to show you what you helped me achieve.

Paul from Kitchen Craftsmen in Jandakot looked after us initially; he was very professional and helped us choose and decide the design. The workmanship and quality of the units are of a high standard; the fitter as well as the other tradesmen were all courteous and efficient. Impressed is an understatement. From start to finish the complete job was handled with professionalism and efficiency. The complete demolition gave room for our clean start.So much storage now. was more than happy to assist with us changing the plan layout on serval occasions. He provided options and price differences without hesitation. His patience and dedication to getting it right was so much appreciated whilst he always remained professional. The tradesmen were clean, respectful and could not help enough. The cabinet installer was so particular and precise and had a fantastic attitude despite having to deal with a complexed small kitchen and a 40-degree day. The stonemasons installed the benchtops beautifully and the joins are barely visible. He explained the cleaning and care of the stone and provided advise on cleaning products.

From walking into their showroom here in Osborne Park, to the completion of the install I could not stop smiling. I chose Polytec Legato Crisp White and Ravine Natural Oak for my cabinetry with Organic White Caesarstone for my stone bench top, splash back and two waterfall edges, it is everything I could have dreamed of and more. If you’re looking to renovate, my advice is to make sure you partner with the right installation team who will ensure your renovation is completed to the highest of standards, this is why I chose and trusted Kitchen Craftsmen. Their service is exceptional and the pride they take in the finish product is outstanding. Kitchen Craftsmen’s variety of premium products are timeless and are created to suit any style, but wow, creating a coastal oasis might just be my favourite with Kitchen Craftsmen. RUN to another company – We chose this company for its reputation, but we were so wrong. Multiple measurement errors, damaged cabinetry installed and replaced by more damaged cabinetry and doors. Invoice errors Stock delays without notice given Went back and fourth for months but gave up having paid over 50K for a faulty install. Many hours taken up by the lack of care and incompetence. Would recommend running far away, especially Osborne Park.

Laundry renovation – We had a new laundry designed and installed by kitchen craftsmen. Damon at Joondalup was great to deal with and the tradesmen were also very professional and we were happy with their workmanship and overall product. We had a liaison project manager called Brad. weeks to eventually get the new sink delivered and installed. So had a non functioning laundry during this time. I emailed Brad in several occasions with no response/ no communication. When the sink arrived the date of delivery on the packaging to kitchen craftsmen was 2 days after it was ordered and 2 days after our laundry got installed. Yet we did not receive it for nearly another fornight. I eventually had to phone and complain to get the sink with no apologies from the company. Very disappointing with communication lacking! Expected much better service.

I had heard good things about Kitchen Craftsmen and the end product definitely proved that. Our kitchen and laundry in our 1930’s cottage has been transformed.
