Better Removalists

Terrible! Do not recommend – Booked for a 3 bedroom house with a study, kitchen, laundry, living room etc. for a morning job so we have plenty of time to move. Do not use them! – I book a move. They cancelled on me 3 times. I had to get another company to do the job. You need to pay them upfront and they refused to give me a refund. Don't bother with them.

WORST company ever!!! – WORST removalist company! I had them booked for 2 weeks prior to our simultaneous settlement date, and had paid upfront for the job. They failed to contact me for a moving time, like they said they would. Every time I contacted the company they told me to give them more time. cancelled the job 2 hours prior to settlement. We were left with no removalist and had to move all our furniture onto our neighbours front lawn until we could get another removalist company to move our furniture to our new house. After several phone calls and complaint emails they wouldn’t refund my $500 I had paid for a service I never received, always asking for more time to “investigate” the matter. I eventually got my refund back by telling them I would take the matter to Office of Fair Trading.
