1. The unit arrived with several cm of the edge binding loose. 2. The unit died after 13 months under a 3 year warranty. The retailer no longer carried it and directed me to the distributor. They refused to replace it. I provided them with the receipt showing the correct model designation and a picture of it. I also supplied a short vid showing showing the distinctive Beuer controller failing to work. The distributor claimed that when the link in the E-receipt was followed the retailer's website showed a Sunbeam unit. That obviously was a database error but one used by the distributor to wriggle out of the terms of their warranty and the guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
