Been using the Oak Sleep Hub 2 for a few weeks now. Setup was a bit of a challenge at first, but once I got through that and gave it some time, it’s definitely settled in. I am really impressed by the sheets. The bed gets cool after about 20 minutes, the effect is subtle, but the quality of my sleep has improved drastically. I measure my sleep with a whoop band, and my recoveries improved by about 20%. I've woken up less throughout the night and have noticed an increase in REM sleep. The company is honest about the comparison with Eight Sleep, the quality to price ratio makes Oak Sleep the winner in my opinion. Show details

The Oak Sleep Hub 2 is great to cool my sleeps as I am a hot sleeper, especially without the need for a subscription. On some hotter nights I may need to use a fan or air con but generally it works perfect as intended. I haven't figured out how to use the dual-zone control yet. It's as loud as a fan so generally pretty quite. For the price and great support I would recommend. Show details

I like the coolness but tbh I’m not sure that it’s done anything to improve my sleep. I’m going to stick with it as I think on hot nights it will be awesome. I’m also a bit disappointed with the overall feel of it and the way the fitted sheet moves around constantly. I actually like the gentle hum it makes. Show details

As a shift worker, I often go to bed at odd hours, and this system has noticeably improved my sleep quality and how quickly I drift off.

One thing I really appreciated is that it doesn’t change the feel of the bed at all. We love a firm bed, and even with our mattress topper plus the Oak Sleep system on top, the comfort is exactly the same — just much cooler and more consistent. It feels completely natural.

The cooling performance is exceptional. We can finally cuddle without overheating, and we even sleep with a thicker blanket now because the temperature is so well regulated. The build quality is excellent, everything feels premium, and it’s been totally reliable.

Customer support has been fantastic from pre-purchase questions through to setup.

If you have the cooler device on the right side of the bed then the plastic bit where the tubes go in to the cover is around elbow height for me - not a big issue but I notice it sometimes when grabbing my water bottle for example. Wouldn’t be an issue if you have it on left side. Hopefully next version it can have some soft padding over that bit.

Excellent for the Brisbane summer. We’ve been able to cut our electricity bill by around $150 per month simply by reducing our air conditioning use. The only downside I’ve noticed is that it doesn’t have a remote or app, so the hub needs to be placed in plain sight and be easily accessible. All in all, highly recommend this product! Show details
