Australian customer services so much better – The Australian customer services were great and helped me get a refund. They are so much better than the UK customer services.

Quality sports wear at good prices – I am surprised to read some of these reviews as I have only had positive experiences with BLK. BLK in receivership – I placed an order with BLK and have been waiting for almost 3 months now. Their customer service have ignored all my phone calls and emails. It turns out they have gone into receivership and I won't be seeing my order. Another poorly run company that keeps on taking customer money even though they won't be able to fulfil any orders. I hope the owners are happy stealing my money. I'm off to all my credit card company to get the money back.

Terrible Service – I placed an order in February for winter jumpers. Apparently in a financial standoff with there supplier in China and I am still stuck with no product. I called and emailed multiple times with no answer or reply.

Non existent service and non existent product so far – I ordered a track suit and extra team items, order was placed back in Feb 2020, no confirmation of order, order not delivered, they have my money, I do not have my product. My calls to their customer service do not get answered, my email inquiries have not been responded to either. Very disappointed with BLK

Highly Accomodating – Have been searching for a top quality provider for my esports team, BLK provided excellent communication during design, manufacturing and deliver. Went to extreme effort to make sure we were well looked after, would def use again!

we were getting exactly what we ordered, we went ahead with the order (proof was sent via email and online mock-up).

What we received was so far from the proof colour it was crazy. What we received was ‘fluro orange’ (just like a high-vis safety shirt). Now, a colour of ‘burnt’ orange is absolutely nothing like a high-vis fluro orange.

So we sent back not one but two polo shirts (first one was lost) for colour review, we were told that our colour was of an ‘acceptable range’. Shocked to say the least and even the customer service manager telling us they were surprised with that – we thought we would ask for solutions for new polo shirts.. the answer. Order at full cost again, not even a discount was offered! Having worked with many clothing companies in the past, at no stage has a company just wiped their hands of a customer as this company has.

We now have to find another company to produce our polo shirts as these cannot be used due to the colour being so far from our branding. Money and time down the drain.

Trust me, don't order with this company. You have been warned!

Bad Service. Bad Communication. LONG wait times. the Sales Manager who handles our order. At the moment we have been asking for over one month when our order will arrive (as it is already months late) and the only response we get is that they are not sure because the factory refuses to tell them when they will ship our order. How poor is the relationship between the company and their factories for this to be happening?

Truly would not recommend going with this company. Find someone else, you will be better off.

tone of emails was generally defensive and unhelpful.

After we had paid, we continued to receive invoice notices. We were informed this was a glitch in their computer system but may have lead to....

A loooong wait for the product. Quoted as approximately 10 weeks. waited 4 1/2 months. More defensive emails.

When we finally received the product, one of the jerseys had no lettering. The product is now a month old and we are getting complaints that the lettering is now falling off.

Good products, poor communication – I've bought DIY kit from BLK for a few seasons and have always been impressed with the finished product (singlets, shorts). who doesn't always respond immediately or in the same day - which can be very frustrating.

The website chat for assistance function isnt all that much help either. Rarely will they ever really go beyond thier limits known to assist. It might be different if we were a well funded rugby club, but not so much effort is put towards the everyday footy team.

Students & School down.

This was the first & presuming last time the school will use them. An elder Child of ours in previous years received their shirt on time as ordered with an alternative company.

Payment by parents was requested by 20 April, with shirts to be delivered last week of term two, so students had July-Dec to wear their Senior Shirt. Turns out Factory burnt down in Fiji??, & then when correct shirts did arrive In Sept just before end of Term 3, they were all Adult Women sizes??? - For boys & girls ages 11-12.

Ongoing negotiations did not achieve a fair outcome for the Students, & even though BLK say they have accepted responsibility they were not prepared to put their money where their mouth is, & with a shirt students were going to receive with 4 weeks to wear rather than the initial 6mths, in good faith no part refund of monies was offered....a bit hard to swallow when some parents ordered up to 3 shirts at $33 Each.

We have now been told the School has asked for a refund of all monies paid....lets hope we are not waiting another 6 months to receive the refund!

BLK should b ashamed of how supposedly a local GC Company has treated a local GC School.

Do not buy unless you 100% know your size as you will not be able to exchange! – I purchased an AFL top from this website on sale. This was not a clearance sale however, just a percentage off. an exchange. I received the following reply:

"I have looked at the items and unfortunately as they were purchased as a sale item, we unfortunately are unable to process an exchange given that it is classified as change of mind. This is stipulated on our website and within Australian consumer law to exercise this condition. "

This company does their online shopping no favours by refusing to exchange based on size. It's not a change of mind at all, I still wanted the item just in a different size. I would have even covered the postage but they did not offer any solution other than, too bad!

I would highly recommend that unless you know exactly what size you will are in this brand, you do not purchase any form of clothing from this website.
