You have clearly made absolutely no effort to locate my book. Can't be bothered? Quite how you manage to run your business is beyond me. Its pathetic! Why do you insist on using Asendia, when they are quite literally the worst international courier in the world? The reviews on Trust pilot (among others) speak for themselves, 1.6 stars - bad! But you already know that. They consistently fail. They would try to tell me that its "very rare" they have a problem, but that's a lie. It's just empty words, when the actual statistics tell me everything I need to know. Over 4 5th's of the reviews (over 80%) agree with me. Yet, you continue to use them. You know how inept they are, and I would bet you STILL try to pin blame on the book sellers and NEVER admit any fault yourselves. Well I'm telling you! It IS your fault! You use a very poor courier, YOU chose them. No one made you use them, and yet you continue your partnership with them despite their staggering ineptitude. The seller "Book Moon" did everything they were supposed to do, and provided tracking to the PO box relay location. As per instruction from biblio. Where my book was delivered AND picked up from. Biblio and their affiliated courier have lost this book. Book sellers BEWARE! These people will ruin your reputation. Buyers too, if you use Biblio prepare to be disappointed.

Highly recommended – Ordered a 1917 edition of The Romance of King Arthur from Biblio, via Acme Book & Anvil, who are in New Jersey, US. Book is exactly as described, and arrived at my address in country NSW in perfect order and on time. Was wrapped, as requested, so that if it were left in the rain it would be protected (lazy postman). Thank you, highly recommended.

Wonderful Surprise! Thank you – Lost a lot of my childhood possessions in a flood. Biblio was able to return my favourite little girl book, published in 1963 and impossible to find. Travelled from the UK to AUS in three weeks, and I'm so grateful. A wonderful childhood memory, Mum reading it to me every night for ages, returned. Thank you.

Poor customer service and contact – They say they reply within 2 days, but I have contacted them many times, and it takes one to two weeks, and they don't address the problem, they just send a formatted response. Very frustrating.

Very Troubling – I became a member of Biblio and started ordering from it, thinking from its website that it was a reliable site. Biblio for help, I have received no tracking details from the bookseller. In the second case, the tracking shows the book getting as far as a US airport almost a month ago, and nothing has happened since. Extremely disappointing.

Australian Medicinal Plants by EV Lassak & T. McCarthy – I received my book today. It arrived on time. It was wrapped very well and the book was in great condition. I am very pleased that I used this site to gain a book that will be of great value to me.

Think twice – I ordered on 1 September and had an issue with missing part of my address. I sent a follow up email immediately with address correction. I got an email back saying address was being corrected, but heard nothing since. ***My credit card was charged*** about three weeks ago, but still no replies about whether the book has shipped and no tracking or communication since. Emailed several times asking for details on shipping but heard nothing.
