Good Customer Service, I purchased bidet seat from them but due to issue with my toilet it couldn't be installed but support team was very helpful in generating return label and fast refund will use again when I change my toilet

Really good product and not hard to install. Used a small tip from YouTube for applying plumber’s tape in tight spaces, which helped. After using handheld bidet sprayers for a couple of months, it’s hard to believe how we managed without them. There’s been a big reduction in toilet paper and water use, and the feeling of cleanliness is a huge plus. It becomes second nature to use after a day or two. Overall, very happy with it.
