Long lasting, high quality trampoline – We bought one of these for home in 2011, and then again for a farm in 2013. The first one had to go when we moved house, but that one on the farm has sat out in the elements now for 11 years. In that time I have replaced the mat twice (so 3 mats over a period of 11 years), and there has been no special care given to the trampoline. It has been… Read more

excellent and seen 9 grandchildren grow up, getting bigger, bouncing on it. It is big enough to be safe (kids not falling off edges) and also to allow a couple of people on it at once. A great product, durable and the service (when we needed new mats) was excellent. Helpful and quick. Could not recommend highly enough.

Worth the extra – Paid a bit more than the usual Kmart trampolines and it was totally worth it! No squeaks, the quality of the materials and products were far superior. And it is aesthetically better looking. We are very happy!! Show details ·  1

Great trampoline – Great trampoline, safe and stable. I needed the trampoline in a rush and big air was able to drop it off directly to my door instead of waiting around for a courier. Great service and great product Show details ·  1

Great trampolines, excellent value – This is the second trampoline we've purchased from Big Air, and we are very pleased with their customer service and the quality of the trampolines. Very reasonably priced and excellent follow up service.

Made in China... Not much better than a kart one – Its not bad but really a bit overpriced for a made in China tramp.. Its not much better made than our kmart one which lasted us years.. The springs are lighter which give a better bounce.. No magic involved.. The clips to put it together won't last long.. Bolts are better.  Show details

Our Grandchildren love it – Our 6 grandchildren 15- 2 years old love the Big Air Trampoline. It is very robust and stable. It was easy to assemble and the service from Big Air is quick and friendly. The Trampoline itself is strong- ours was blown into the neighbours in very high winds and only bent one support pole. More happy days ahead. Show details

brilliant Customer service – So far so good. I haven't put the trampoline up yet but just wanted to say that the staff at big air trampolines r brilliant. They went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and knowing I needed it urgently for a birthday party they actually delivered to me in less than 24hrs and that's travelling from sunshine coast up to Bundaberg. Wow,… Read more

Absolutely brilliant – My grand kids aged 5 and 7 absolutely love it. They both go on together and power into it. The added bonus of the basketball hoop is magnificent for their motor skills as both my grandson 7 and my granddaughter 5 are very active. The tramp was easy to set up and is proving very stable. Show details ·  1

Best Present ever!!! – Our kids are 10 & 13 & they absolutely LOVE this trampoline. They can no do big aerials, front flips, back flips now that they couldn't do on their cheap one that they had for 7 years. We usually only allow 1 to 2 kids on it at a time, more for the safety aspect. We have 1 pole up with the basketball backboard & hoop up but we didn't bother with… Read more ·  1

the rest of the poles or the netting becaus ethe kids are old enough that they don't need it. I have it tethered to the ground with rope & screw in 250mm tent pegs so it isn't going to blow away in a strong wind because it sits in the paddock where it gets very windy. It is super sturdy & strong & I have used it with no problems at 110kg & it still worked great. It was simple to put together & to next to no time to do. We all live it & feel that it was money well spent for the amount of time the kids spend on it every day, even in the rain.

The kids love it – Our kids 11, 10 and 4 use it the most. Occasionally I (Mum 44) have a jump. Often the kids are on the trampoline at the same time. Sometimes with their friends too. Up to 6 ten year old boys at a time. We think its pretty safe. Its our second Big Air trampoline. Our first one lasted 9 years and it only died because a huge wind storm lifted it up and put it in a gum tree! Show details ·  1

Thank you big air – The trampoline is well built and easy to assemble. Good value for money. The kids absolutely love it. This is the second big air trampoline we have bought. The last one lasted over 10 years. Our oldest son who is now 18 grew up on it. Now our other two children 6 and 8 can enjoy years of fun. Thank you big air. Show details ·  1

Hasn't lasted 7 weeks! – Support@bigairtrampolines.com.au - Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it. I've tried emailing the email provided on their website & it keeps getting rejected. This trampoline hasn't lasted 7 weeks which is disappointing. We eventually heard back from them (after posting this review) and they offered us a full refund. Show details

Still going strong after 7 years! – I purchased this for my then 4 year old. It was a perfect size for her and 1 adult. This size is not suitable for multiple young jumpers however the weight limit is very high. My daughter is now 11 and we have just purchased a larger size for her as she is an acrobat and this size does not allow for tricks. The trampoline mat is still solid… Read more

despite being left in the harsh sun . We have had to replace the netting due to children breaking it, not products fault at all it was children pulling at it, and replacement was easy and fast. I have had friend who purchased cheaper trampolines from local department stores and the mat lasted less than 24 months with the trampoline blowing away in the wind a few times. This trampoline is very solid and that never happened with my Big Air Trampoline. I could not recommend this product enough hence my decision to upgrade 7 years later.

Flimsy crap stay away – The 14ft one we got is flimsy crap, zipper broke first week of having and these scum bags wont reply to your claim. The 14ft trampoline from kmart is a way better buy its sturdy and better safety net for less then half the price these scammers are selling there cheap crap for, stay away.

My daughter loves it – Quick delivery but put it in wrong spot and i had to carry and drag heavy boxes to my house. Trampoline well made. Hope to have for many years. Last cheap brand from another company only lasted 3 years and springs kept breaking so hopefully this one is better. Good warranty given.

Good Family Trampoline – We had a Big Air 12ft Trampoline in the UK and so decided to buy another model (7 x10 Rectangle) when we moved to Oz before Christmas 2011. There was a slight delay with the basketball set offered (sent the week after the trampoline arrived - but it was a freebie). Customer service was good when sorting this out. The trampoline has been great again - Big thumbs Up!!!

VERY POOR WARRANTY – Great Trampoline...Very poor warranty. Safety Net ripped sent email on November 21st, 2014 and STILL WAITING !! Last email stated “next shipment is mid May 2015”! That’s a joke !!

Poor quality net and net design – Purchased the Rectangular 8ft x 12ft Big Air Trampoline 2 years ago. The net tore easily and the zip broke (to be fair they replaced the net without much fuss). The safety padding around springs has completely disintegrated in the 2 years and have had to just buy replacement padding, however it started breaking down by 1 year. The net is only… Read more

fixed at the top and bottom so it blows in the wind and effectively reduces the bouncing space. I have friends who purchased a Vuly and a Springfree trampoline at the same time we did and they are in far better condition, nets, padding etc. Ours is held together with gaffer tape. I wish I had have purchased one of the other brands mentioned....

On the plus side the Big Air had the biggest rectangular trampoline I could find. We have enjoyed having the bigger mat size and the rectangular shape suited our yard space. I don't normally write reviews but when I was buying my trampoline there were no other reviews of Big Air so I could only go off their website claims.

Worried! – Ordered 14ft Extreme Trampoline on 8 December online. Have made numerous inquiries relative to delivery. There is no response on email, & the phone continually diverts to an automated message bank. They have my money. Be careful!!!!

Great Trampoline & Excellent Customer Service from Company – Purchased the 10ft Extreme for my Granddaughters 2nd Birthday. do your research – Must be built in China, instructions arent in plain English.Pictures help 'slightly".Poor design & very flimsy construction.Sounds great on the website, but its not of good qaulity.Previous 'Action brand" was actually designed better, but the accessories crumbled to bits in a short time. how long youll get out of each brand that will really set them apart, even though they are "made to suit Australias harsh conditions"

Pay the extra & get a better brand is my advice as far as the mat and overall structure...... Net is covering the pads/springs Poor structural design, even being the "thickest metal on the market"
