aggressive customer support – Booked in a carpet clean for a deceased estate... got a call the next day suggesting I owed for pest control that they elected to do without my engaging them to do so... Narelle followed up with a barrage of insensitivity, attempted to bully the funds out of me, threatened to call the managers to have it taken out of a non-existent bond... absolutely disgusting Narelle...

Worst service I have ever experienced – 45 Mins late then we get a call from the owner to say that their cleaner will have to be quick because he is running behind his days schedule. She was rude and obnoxious. The cleaner was obviously under pressure as skimmed across the carpets and did a terrible Job. We now have to get another company to come in and do a proper job.
