Inflexible policies (wouldn’t let a crane truck we hired, move a Bingo skip bin into our loading dock when the Bingo truck couldn’t side unload). Bingo made no attempt at a solution for our client and kept coming up with reasons “why not”, rather than “how to”. Really poor attitude and customer service from Bingo bins and our property services company will not contact Bingo ever again for skip bin provision.

be Monday, the day we had scheduled pickup. Apparently there were no drivers in our area (Kiama). As I had family to help in the cleanup only on Saturday this was unsatisfactory so I cancelled, made a formal complaint and requested a full refund. Let's see if that happens. Truly disappointed in the lack of service and non-existent follow-up despite explaining my circumstances. Luckily we found a local firm who we should probably have gone to first.

Avoid Bingo – Hopeless. The worse customer service and accounts ever. So hopeless they can't even manage to send us an invoice. Continually need to chase.

bingo very expensive – i advise you guys to price hunt for other alternatives. ridiculously expensive no point in staying loyal. 14% annual price increase what a joke. i got my lazy butt to cut costs due to the cost of living and was surprised at what prices others charged.

Terrible experience – If it’s 0 star I will give to this company very poor service always pick up the bin late sometimes they don’t even pick up the bin.!!!!

other or they spend too much time online shopping/facebook. We provided all the necessary banking details for direct debit when we signed up. Their accounts receivable/loosable kept asking me to provide banking details again not once, twice, thrice but FOUR times. Their accounting system is buggy. It does not recognize direct debit accounts and keeps sending invoices stating they’re overdue.

It’s almost a month since we told them we’re terminating the agreement with them. The bin has not been removed from our premises. However, they’re happy to charge a $250 cancellation fee. Those of you thinking of signing up with Bingo, DON’T. Their pricing structure now skyrocketed. We signed up with someone else and our weekly waste service fees are half of theirs (and we have got a bigger bin too).

Their negligence has not only inconvenienced us but also created a dangerous biohazard at our business premises. It's a disgrace that they prioritize their laziness over the health and safety of those they claim to serve.

Bingo must be held accountable for their shameful conduct and abysmal customer service. It's time they face the consequences of their actions and make amends for the havoc they've wreaked upon our business.

If they continue to ignore our pleas and neglect their responsibilities, we will not hesitate to take legal action and ensure that justice is served. Bingo has pushed us to the brink, and we will not stand idly by while they trample over our rights and compromise our well-being.

Enough is enough. It's time for Bingo to clean up their act or face the consequences.

Plenty of excuses and extra charges – During covid and the storms, they would not pick up our rubbish citing there was a back log from the waste dump but I saw every other company take their waste away. Wrong number, don’t turn up , sit around waiting for hours, I went else where for 2nd bin , saved $125 – Rang up multiple times, phone number wrong, say they will correct, next time, I ring trying to find out if bin will be delivered, no info on me , phone number wrong ! I ring up asking for change over bin , no details of me , bin collected, no replacement, I’m told one will turn up, I ring back , no details, they say bin was collected but no 2nd bin organised I went elsewhere Show details

A bit rich – Just signed up with them last month. Happy with the service but very dismayed that soon after signing the agreement were shocked to be notified they had jacked up the price by 40% in one hit.

Bingo Skip Hire – I booked a skip using Bingo’s online service. Credit card debited. Confirmation email received. 4 days later, no skip arrived. No contact from Bingo. Was left with a dismantled kitchen on the pavement and warning from the council. Bin 100% did not go.
