Beware of this company – Customer service is lacking or non-existent. I bought mine from a local company. When it stopped working after a couple of weeks, it turned out that the retailer had closed, there was no alternative service centre, and the response from Biobidet was to suggest I buy another one (presumably from a more reputable supplier). AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Purchased in at Bidets2Go for $99.
Can never return to paper only – The bidet took about thirty minutes to install and has been very reliable under the last few months of use. Cleans better than expected. Very economical on toilet paper now which helped a lot during the panic buy period of covid19
