Pill is way to big to swallow – I’ve had too many people Complaining about the size of the pill. So I tried and agree, day one, day two and day three all Stick in my throat. 3rd day being the worse as I had to drink warm water for it to dissolve in my throat to get it to go down. Good ingredients but won’t be using it until you use a softer capsule

Disappointing! Fake Advertising- Not New & Improved! – I used the previous Bioceutical Innatal Plus formula before, during and after my pregnancy. After waiting for months I bought and went through the “new & improved formula” ingredients list only to find that most ingredients are now a lot less and some have been taken off altogether! (i.e. no more riboflavin vit. B or nicotinic acid or cyanocobalamin vit B or chromium as nicotinate or ubidecarenone coenzyme Q10) No new ingredients have been added. Clearly they’re trying to give you less vitamins and support while being pregnant (!) while asking for the same if not more money. Such a disappointment. Bioceuticals was great and trustworthy. Very damning for their brand! Don't buy this product.

The size of the pills! – The size of the pills is humongous! Approximately 8mm diameter by 20mm long!! And you are supposed to take two of those a day... it’s just ridiculous. I can’t believe they expect a pregnant woman to swallow that.. I nearly choked with it. I ordered another multivitamin from the US that has double the amount of vitamins and mineral and it’s a third of the size! At $34 per month it’s also a rip-off.

Caused diarrhoea – Started taking the Bioceuticals Innatal after I finished off another pregnancy multivitamin. Seems it has contributed to me getting diarrhoea. Also, my 2 year old boy - who I still breastfeed - also had runny stools at the same time. I suspect there is a laxative type ingredient in the mix, but don't know what it is.
