Bionic Book Subscription

Such a beautiful subscription service! Loved been able to come home to a new book and not spend hours in the store trying to pick a new one to try.

One book seemed to take a long time to arrive.

Bionic Book subscriptions, provide an element of surprise with each book they send. It is great to be introduced to new authors. Thank you for providing excellent service and enjoyable reads.

Bionic book subscription has been great. I’ve been a subscriber for a couple of years and have read some wonderful books. It is a little surprise that comes every couple of months and the books are sculpted to my tastes based on my reviews of previous books. It’s a great way to explore new titles and a good excuse to pick up an actual book for a change.

I have been using bionic books for years. They have sent me so many books that I’ve loved. It’s been great for expanding my book choices. Without them I’d just be reading pulpy detective novels and the back of cereal boxes.

good condition and are new release as promised. They follow up and allow you to rate your reads via email so that they can adjust their choices for you which is a great idea. Bionic Subscriptions is one of the more affordable options for a subscription without being overloaded with stuff that drives typical subscription box pricing up and so far I've been a happy customer.

This book subscription is a fabulous service. The book selections are carefully curated and responsive to feedback. I look forward to the next book arriving and have throughly enjoyed the variety of each book received.

a number of my books were on a frequent basis. On one occasion during my first subscription , Nick did provide me a bonus book after my complaint, and deliveries did improve and were on time for a a couple of occasions, however then delayed deliveries and difficulty contacting returned, and sadly this occurred for the 3 separate subscriptions. I did ask for a continue to receive these subscriptions as gifts , as I was impressed, however the sinking feeling whenever I was required to 'chase up' and the 'delayed' response did ultimately end with my decision to seek an alternative service. It's a shame, the algorithm works and Nick is lovely. This is my honest review of Bionic Book Subscription.

So good to receive physical books each month!! – Love receiving physical books each month, I get to read them then they look so good on my bookshelf! Oh and I love their selections too :)

The Gift that Keeps on Giving – Uncanny how the allocation of books suits my interests. It really is the gift that keeps on giving - unwrapping a gift a month. apologized and arranged for a book to be express posted. My second deliver was supposed to be posted on the 24/01. by the 26/01 I had still not received any update on the shipping of my parcel so I reached out again, concerned it may have been missed and was advised that as it was the busy period they were a little behind (this is completely understandable especially around this time, however if you have on your website that items will be posted by a particular date, if you are unable to meet that deadline your clientele should be advised of the delay). My third deliver I did receive with no problems My 4th delivery was again missed, the money was taken from my account, and a month later I had still not received any book. After reaching out Nick again apologized and had a book sent through for me. I think the idea is great however out of the 4 subscribed payments that the were automatically taken from my account, for 3 of them I had to chase the company to request my items be sent. which to me defeats the purpose of the subscription. I will say Nick from their customer service is lovely but at some point "oh we're so sorry something must have goe wrong on the back end" just isn't good enough, if you can sort your systems out enough to take my money from my account you can sort your systems out enough to ensure that paying customers are receiving their products.

Oh also the website states you will receive tracking information once your subscription has been posted, this has only happened once out of the 4 purchases I made. This review would have been 1 start, but Nick has been lovely so he gets the second

A Brilliant Company for Book Lovers – I was given a Bionic Book Subscription as a gift for a Mother's Day and what a brilliant gift it was! The team at Bionic Book Subscription are so good at communicating, choosing great books to match your genre and interest preference sheet as well as excellent delivery times. I have found a wonderful company which is a group of book lovers who are brilliant at sharing great books for us to read!

Love the service – Love the service - great books so far, love the website experience and even like the packaging the book comes in.

Gimmick is not worth the hype – Half the time I had to follow up on the monthly books as they would not show up with no notification. existent and I would not recommend this service even as a gift for book lovers. There are better book boxes that are based in Australia.

Difficult and not worth it – Went months without receiving anything, and had to follow-up via email each time I was due for a book. When I returned a book due to having already read it I also had to follow up to get the exchange sent to me. It’s a good idea, but executed very poorly. reached out to explain and apologise again - they also sent me another complimentary book which will arrive next month. They mentioned having immense difficulties with their tech and keeping track of subscriptions which they are hoping to repair shortly (however my subscription was supposed to end in January and it is now July). I will add their customer service has been excellent and timely, and I sincerely hope they fix their back-end issues for future users.

Excellent gift – Bought a gift subscription for my mum for Christmas and she has loved the books sent to her

Great book selection - interesting choices – Great idea and great selection of books. Not necessarily books I would have chosen for myself but I liked that I got to read some books by writers I hadn't heard of. Got me into a nice reading groove!
