Great for itchy skin caused by stress – After taking sedacalm one day my itchiness on my upper arms started to go.after second day all gone! If i get the feeling the itchiness is coming back i take one tablet and it doesn't eventuate.I havent had to use it for a year now.I just keep it in the cupboard just in case.It also helps with insomnia. Wow. I had been riddled with extreme anxiety for at least week. already made me feel a little better. But when I got home and took one pill I noticed a huge difference. After a meal and taking another pill, several hours later I pretty much feel like I'm back to my old self. I spent the night laughing and interacting with my family. I made dinner instead of sitting on the couch worrying about my worrying. This works a lot quicker than antidepressants! Will buy more.

I have been having these for anxiety and highly recommend them – Gentle, and work so well-cant recommend them enough! My 12 year old daughter has them to help with school anxiety-stops nausea feeling in the morning and has sedasleep gentle remedy at night to go to sleep as used to suffer insomnia that was effecting her school day. I'm going to try 1/2 a tablet for one of my children that has real difficulty relaxing to go off to sleep at night cause I think it will just do enough to relax a bit! There is not groggy headache or anything like that after taking it! You can take as little as you need or the maximum dose allowed depending on how your body reacts! Not too strong for someone that is sensitive to medication.
