We use this more than the bigger pro device. I like the noises, only wish it had a womb kind of sound. Unfortunately it often gets turned on when it is in our travel bag. This would be improved if it had an off switch. It would also be great to see a more consistent user experience with the Pro in terms of control button order and noises to be the same across both devices. and I had no access to the order number. Despite this, and despite the clear fault in the product, they refused to offer any help or replacement without that information.

Their customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful, and it’s incredibly disappointing for a company that makes baby products to show such a lack of accountability. I’ve had to go back and forth through multiple emails just to be told the same thing again and again.

I will not be recommending the Nodie Sound Machine or this brand to anyone. Spend your money on a company that cares about their customers and stands behind their products.

Love the Nodiee! – Love this product! My 10 month old was always a cat napper, and would usually wake after 30 minutes during day naps. Since using the Nodiee, he will often sleep 1.5 to 2 hours! It has helped block out the noises around and makes naps on the go or anywhere so much easier and longer. The battery also lasts forever! Best baby white noise machine on the market – Best white noise machine and night light combo EVER. I tried other options but they just weren’t as good. Peace of mind – This is the best sound/nightlight combo. Gives me peace of mind in the night looking in the bassinet and the soft nightlight lets me check baby is ok without turning our brighter lamp, with the option to choose a brighter setting for night diaper changes. White Noise = GOLD – I find that both baby and I sleep better, for longer, when we use the white noise machine. The unit is super user friendly, the button lights make navigating the controls at night really easy, and the timer is the cherry on top!! I have all of the Nodiee products and they are all amazing. I am amazed at the quality and the range of settings within the products. Nodiee Support, hoping for a straightforward resolution. However, the troubleshooting process proved to be more cumbersome than anticipated.

Lueleen, the Customer Service Manager, suggested various troubleshooting steps, including providing videos and photos. While I understand the need to diagnose the issue, the insistence on returning the product with all its original packaging, including the box, plastic sleeve, guide booklet, and manual booklet, felt impractical and unrealistic.

In my initial email, I explained that I had discarded some of the packaging, a common practice for many users. Unfortunately, this seemed to complicate the possibility of a return.

As a customer with a newborn, time is of the essence, and the suggested troubleshooting steps felt time-consuming. The lack of flexibility in the return process and the impractical conditions for eligibility added to the frustration.

The overall experience has left me disappointed. As a customer, I had hoped for a more straightforward resolution, especially given the product's short usage period.

In conclusion, while the Nodiee Sleep Assist On-The-Go may work for some, my experience with both the product and customer service has been less than satisfactory. I encourage potential customers to carefully consider their options and perhaps explore alternatives with more user-friendly return processes.

Best White Noise Machine – Absolutely love this machine, i like that there’s options for what kind of noise you can have & that it is rechargeable. I leave it plugged in & playing all night for my little one & it has helped her sleep immensely. Would definitely recommend it to all!
