You can buy the exact same product on Amazon sold under different logos and Aliexpress. You can also buy it on other multiple Australian websites with different logos as well. Cheapest I've found it for is on Aliexpress for $35.29. The red flag should have been that the app was not the company name - it's 'Smart Life'. I feel quite disappointed and deceived as I spent so much money on this. On another note, the product itself is okay as the sound and light are decent but the battery life is terrible. I'll be contacting them for a refund. I've only had it for a few months so not sure what the longevity of the product will be like.

grateful that we did! The Nodiee has been an absolute sanity saver! On the very first night we could see massive improvement. It took minutes to settle her, and being able to choose your own colour and sound while controlling it from my phone makes it even easier! My daughter’s sleep quality has improved so much, and in turn so has ours, she is happier during the day, and even gets excited to go into her room and turn on her Nodiee for bedtimes. In the morning we wake her with beautiful nature sounds too! We even borrowed the Nodiee for our room and we can honestly say it was the best sleep we have had in a very long time. She settles so much easier and she stays asleep all night (she’s 2 months). My other 2 kids didn’t start sleeping through the night until 3 months! She loves the rain setting and we just have that playing all night and it’s honestly lovely because it just sounds like it’s raining outside and my husband and I don’t have to be as quiet as it blocks out some background noise. One of the best acquisitions for my baby!! Battery last for a whole night, even more, which is definitely a huge benefit. White noite and lullabies plus the different lights are really helpful. the product being used for only two months, the company refused to offer a refund, replacement, or any form of remedy, citing that the 12-month warranty had expired. However, under Australian Consumer Law, goods must be of acceptable quality, which includes being durable and fit for purpose.

I requested a replacement or credit toward an upgraded model, offering to pay any price difference. The company declined. I am now seeking ACCC’s assistance in reporting this issue, as I believe the refusal to provide a remedy breaches consumer guarantees under the ACL.

Been the most frustrating and time consuming returns process. So far they have not honored their 100-night trial as listed on their website. dodgey rubbish and regularly needs to be re set up and linked to my partners account. Considering this is just a very cheap Chinese product, I wouldn’t be confident that the white or pink noise are the correct frequencies. Would recommended purchasing a more reputable brand.

I have this for both of my kids and I really do love it. The sounds are great, lots to choose from. on the light for my daughter. Works pretty well on the go too, battery doesn’t last a full night (12hrs) which is a tad annoying but the nodiee on the go replaces that. The little green light at the back is a tad annoying too, but a bit of tape over it works just fine. All in all I really do love them.

Finally I’m sleeping through the night. At 45 years old, I bought the Nodiee for myself. The calming peaceful rain sounds help me fall asleep quickly, and I actually stay asleep all night. Game changer! Show reply

We recently transferred our toddler into his own big boy bed and had family staying with us. I was afraid with all the changes he won’t settle in. the portable one for my baby as that is still sleeping in my room. It helps a lot with drowning out my husbands snoring (even for me)

We have just brought our fourth Nodiee (after giving one to the grandparents to stop having to bring back and forth) and now a new baby on the way. name for the app is not easy to give verbal directions to google assistant for google home control. We mainly just use the on the go as I like the sounds better.

I would recommend looking elsewhere for a white noise machine. I have purchased two machines and they are both faulty and aren't even a year old. For a premium-priced product, I expected much better durability and customer support. I wouldn’t recommend a Nodiee — poor quality for your money and a disappointing experience overall.

Only downside is that they are costly.... They are costly because you will purchase more then one! So I have purchased six of these! First being for my daughter when she was born, the second - fifth for friends who have had babies and the sixth being for my one on the way! Absolutely love! Every new parent I talk to this is a highly recommended item and it will continue to be the number 1 baby gift for friends/family. Do not hesitate to buy.

Poor quality over priced terrible customer service – Noodie died just 3 months out of warranty and the best they offer is a $25 gift card to buy another trash product of theirs. Obviously won’t spend another dollar on any product they produce, I strongly suggest everyone does the same.
