Absolutely Beautiful – We have fallen in love with the Glow Dreaming Sleep Easy. The entire unit is so compact with beautiful touch button very simple operation. sound, although this is perfect as this is the sound which we would often use and find the most successful for falling asleep to. The speaker is produces a nice and clear sound.
The red glowing light has three brightness levels, and we found the highest brightness to be perfect with enough light to be able to see in the dark.
The unit is ideal for travelling as it is super compact and contains a rechargeable battery. It’s a win-win in all directions.
It comes with small pads to add essential oils to. We tried it with Cinnamon Bark oil. The scent appears to simply come from the oil on the pad only. No biggy for us as we would usually use a seperate steam type Aroma machine.
All in all, I highly recommend the Glow Dreaming Travel Sleep Easy which feels very high quality, does the job completely covering all the basic bells and whistles, and the compact size makes for an easy travel experience with the kids.
The only improvement I could see would be adding an extra sound or two, although the included sound is perfect for our daughter.
Did not work for us, but may help others – Initial thoughts out the box were a bit disappointed as the power plug doesn’t seat properly into the unit and if it is moved at all it drops power. I've used similar power packs before and they do seem like a good design perhaps this one was just faulty. Light – the light settings again only have 3 levels of adjustment, again less than any other night light we have used previously including cheap options. It wouldn’t be hard to provide more adjustment levels. Our toddler refused to sleep with the light on, she's not a terrible sleeper so although I persisted with this, it's just not for us. I also tried this product with our 12 week old and she wasn't fussed, so will continue to trial it with her.
diffuser - it works as it should, the oils provided seemed OK, again didn't see any drastic changes to sleep.
App - loved the app and being able to turn sound and lights on and off but.... Subscription service – I was really shocked at the price required to sign up to access schedule features etc. I get that development and personalisation needs to be charged to customers, but allowing some more basic features, like being able to schedule the light to go from green (for day) to red (for sleep) would have been good and not charged for this.
This item is more of a luxury baby item and not a necessity for our family. A simple white noise downloaded onto a tablet or old phone is our go to for both our children (12 week old and 2.5 year old). Granted every child is different and worth noting there seems to be a huge success rate of this working for others. Unsure if the subscription is worth it, as we’ve found plenty of useful information online regarding sleep training and patterns that can work. Again, all children are different and it’s about finding what works for you and your child. Will continue to use this with our 12 week old, as I know how hard the next few months can be for sleeping and I will come back to change the review if I see any significant improvement.

Perfect for travel in all forms! – We absolutely love our Glow Dreaming Travel unit! All of my kids have found pink noise soothing when they are sleeping, but we have never had an easy portable solution until now! We won’t leave home without it – Both of my kids have had a glow dreaming unit since they were born & we often travel interstate so I need to pack their units. This travel unit is awesome! Not as good as I thought – We absolutely love Glow Dreaming but hate that it only works connected to a power source. I had high hopes for this portable one however it’s definitely not as good quality sound and it’s not loud enough. I wish glow dreaming would make their machine workable without power for those pesky power cuts.

Disappointing – I’m a huge fan of the original glow (and the newer updated version), so I was really excited to buy the new travel glow as we were about to fly overseas for a holiday. Handy travel version – Handy travel size glow dreaming after using the bigger unit with our 1 year old. At first look the light seems like it wouldn’t be bright enough compared to the big unit but after your eyes adjust, it is still enough light. 4 stars instead of 5 because the cloth bag is a nice touch but not very protective. Would be great if it either was more padded or secure as a protective case for packing in a bag or suitcase or if the cloth bag at least fit the original box of the unit so you could put it in the box, in the bag to take away.
If you just pack it within clothes I guess it would be protected in that way but great if you’re working with limited space and it needs to fit somewhere else not as soft.
If buying again, I’d probably just buy the unit instead of the bundle.
Great product – Really happy with this product, my son loves the larger light in his room and when we were off on an extended holiday I was nervous to be without it, this is the perfect solution. Helps baby sleep at night – Despite having a cold, with these drops baby was able to sleep peacefully at night. Her nose did not get blocked. The drops are very strong, so make sure you only put in a couple. Show details · 1

Saved my life – After months on end of getting up to my 5 and 3 year old children up to 7 times a night between them I was at breaking point. Great portable device – Great product. We have the original unit for home use, it's not as loud or bright but it is designed for travel it fits that criteria perfectly. It's compact, light weight, same design features as original and very user friendly. Got this for us and not bub! – Love this new portable rendition of the Glow Dreaming machine. We have an original one when our bub was born last year and he LOVES it. But when we travel it's obviously quite bulky. When he moved into his own room I found we couldn't sleep either! Perfect travel product – This product is great, works exactly as described and great for travelling with the little ones. The only negative I have is the battery only lasts one day so I was having to charge it every single day. It’s good but not great – The pink noise is good for on the go in car or pram but unfortunately it is not as loud as the other noise machine product by GD and wasn’t useful for overnight in the room when travelling as it just wasn’t loud enough (within reason/safety) to buffer external noises. Perfect travel glow – I have the full size one at home and we go camping all the time. My lil man just didn't sleep the same as at home, he would wake up to every little noise. opportunity to test the Glow Dreaming Travel Sleep Easy, it felt like a sign, to be honest. Keep in mind we have tried a lot of alleged night lights and sleeping aids with mixed results.
We were shocked. This seemed to work. The second week after receiving this we embarked on a road trip to see a family member. Twelve hours of driving we broke up by staying at hotels. This would be a good test of its travel abilities and if it helped alleviate the routine breaking.
Did it completely help with the routine break? No. Nothing can do that. But, did it work? Yes. We noticed a noticeable improvement, especially the aromatherapy pads you get for releasing a relaxing and gentle scent to help aid in sleep.
We actually loved this. To the point where one of our friends with a newborn rushed out to get one for herself. Please keep in mind the audio is not very loud and the lighting is designed to be subtle, not light up an entire room. It's not a lamp. It's a sleeping aid. You can adjust the levels, but don't expect the entire room to illuminate.
Highly recommended.
