missed the mark. I never thought I would complain about too much suction, but I now have no lino on my utility floor, as this little power house sucked it right off.. carpet in the stairs, lifted that right out of the gripper rods too. Laminate flooring, nope. Suctions it's self right to it, can't go back cause the flimsy plastic hose pieces all pop off, can't go forward cause the flimsy plastic hose pieces all bend and break. So... stuck is all that you've got.

Pro's- excellent suction, so good in fact the product is simply damaging and unusable.

worst vacuum ever – This would have to be the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever owned and I have had a few. It has no suction and it is so noisy, it's like a jumbo jet taking off. Do not waste your time or your money on this vacuum cleaner. Cheap junk!!! Go buy something decent. No suction and very noisy.

Terrible – D not waste your time with this machine. We have had this for about 6 months and it is completely stuffed. Im not even going to bother going back to bissel. I am just going to pop down to Kmart to buy a new vacuum and save my pennies for a proper vacuum like a dyson. Has next to no suction, is always getting blockages, the turbo brush actually broke off!
