Excellent experience. We took our eldest daughter and her husband - both loved it. Really top service from Josh, Brooke and Chloe. My only criticism is that the scampi were very, very small, however the rest of the food was excellent. John Jackman

Nice Night – The food was lovely and service was great. We were a bit shocked when the bill came and we noticed the price of a bottle of water was $11.90. When I specifically said tap water, not still! We knew it would be pricey but thought that was ridiculous. Lesson learnt.

Rude event planner Hannah – The event planner Hannah was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Her behaviour and attitude was appalling do not recommend dealing with her for any events you may have. She is completely unprofessional and was taken back by her disrespectful attitude. I made a personal face to face complaint and was advised that she has partial ownership of the restaurant. However, regardless of someone’s ownership such behaviour and attitude is unacceptable, particularly for a client based service such as event planning. Do not recommend going with Hannah for any event you have!

Very bad food – Cheap ingredients, cheap owners, high prices. Food is horrible value as it isn't even good. Had seafood and pasta and both were mixed with weird sauces that do not belong on Italian food.

Very disappointed – We were excited to go to bivianos as we had booked a high tea for my daughters birthday 8 people in all. The place looked great and the youngh waitress that greeted us was very pleasant. We were seated and waited for the high tea with anticipation. When it arrived i was overwhelmed with embarrassment, three high tea trays , a total of 9 sandwiches a few scattered maccaroons and some scones , we asked if this was all as we had paid $55 per head only to recieve 6 to 8 cut up sandwiches for 8 people. I could have done better at home with a loaf of bread and some cold cuts as there would been more variety. We ordered extra cheese platters to save face with our guests. Beware what you order we paid $585 dollars ( including a few drinks) for something worth no more than $60 dollars worth of food. Would not be going back even if i got a years free dinning. Very average and very over priced
