The service I received here at bk gym was absolutely incredible. I was served by Dylan earlier in the week and she really helped me and my daughter with the gymnastics program. Honestly I was very impressed at her social skills and she is AMAZING with kids. 10/10 I will be coming back and recommending this place to all of my friends with kids.

This is the worst gymnastic class ever. They had this coach name [Name Removed] who they said highly trained that couldn't even demonstrate the movement in the class and they still said she was highly trained as a coach and she didn't even supervise or help the students to do the physical exercise properly. reported to request to change a qualified teacher but they dont have a qualified teacher for replacement unfortunately. I hope you don't get cheated as you can't even have trial lesson before you can commence the class, you need to pay for this membership that include shirt but the shirt never in stock so it's all just money sucking business

work for us. They assured us that my daughter would be placed on the waiting list for a Friday slot and committed to informing us once a spot became available.

However, during this time, they continued to charge my account for two full months while my daughter was on the waiting list and not attending any classes. After noticing these charges on my bank statement, I immediately notified them, only to be told they couldn’t do anything about it.

Despite their blatant mismanagement and failure to act on my clear communication, they then insisted that I would need to pay for an additional 14-day notice period to terminate my daughter’s enrollment. This is nothing but an exploitative and money-grabbing policy.

On top of that, their lack of customer service is glaring. If a child is absent for a week or more, the least they could do is notify parents and report the absence. Instead, they continue to charge fees without any accountability or checks.

BK’s Gymnastics has shown a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for their customers. Their handling of this situation has been appalling, and I would strongly discourage trusting their services. They need to seriously improve their customer service and policies to prioritize their customers’ needs.

Disappointing waste of time – Gymnastics at BK Bayside is absolutely a waste of money! My child attended for over 2 years and didn’t really progress. knees and bear walks. They had staff away so her class was combined with another level.

I cancelled her classes yesterday and they charged me for another two weeks which I can’t use as we are on holiday (initially they wouldn't suspend my classes over the holidays (over 3 week allowance for the year) - and then they would because my daughter is a long-term student; and makeups I had booked (two of them) are lost because they are passed the cancellation date - but wait I can extend the cancellation date and pay another two weeks if I want to use the makeups, It’s an absolute cash cow collecting your money every week but is more concerned with sending emails around not parking outside the building (lack of parking) and parents staying out of the class area than they are about progressing children.

Waste of Effort, Time and Money – Unprofessional approach, lack of outcome-oriented program. My kids were completely disengaged & bored. The coaches failed to advance training and focused on the simplest routine which prevented skills progress and dulled the spark my kids had prior to joining the centre.
