I had the Black Knight Global Tracking System put into a new caravan build in June 2024. They charged me $850 and installed a 3G device they would only be active for a few months, that's if it had worked in the first place. For the first few months of travelling the tracker had my location in China (I was in Australia). The tracker was also installed in a location that could be reached and removed from the outside of the caravan within seconds. After multiple emails to and from Black Knight and the dealership and no solutions that worked, I was sent a new 4G GPS Tracker which I had to pay $50 to have installed. I finally had it up and running in December 2024, but I was now 6 months into my 12 month free subscription so for $900 I had tracking for 6 months. I have not been overly impressed with the location or functions of the tracker or the timeliness of the alerts when it is moved. I have hidden both a Samsung Tag and Apple Airtag inside the caravan at a faction of the cost and both have great apps and are easy to follow and share with friends. My tracker expires today and the cost to keep it active is from $29 per month which I have decided not to continue. Please if you are going to buy a GPS Tracker, do your research first and don't just go with what the dealership offers. Also make sure it is installed in a secure location that is not easily found and removed. I acknowledge that some of my issues are from the Dealership but the one star rating is based on the use and functions of the GPS Tracking System and their App.

Do not buy from them.. they dont support their product – very bad experience. do not buy from them. they dont support their products

Very bad customer service and support – I purchased this tracker 2 years ago. Work well for 12 months than after paying another years subscription Black Knight ceased sending me alerts when vehicle moved out of the geofence area. Nobody answered their phone (goes to voicemail) and nobody responding to numerous emails.Buyer beware !

Was good but now don't care about customers – I have used the product for a few years for vehicle tracking it functions ok but the app functionality /interface is a bit dated/sluggish. I now have a need for customer support as the tracker is not working and they just don’t want to help. The contact number is hard to find on the website so I gather they want you to email for any contact which I have but no response. I then found a number buried in all the information which is useless as nobody answers. Businesses that neglect customers one by one will eventually succumb. I purchased the product as it was Australian but it seems the initial good customer service no longer exists, considering you pay for the hardware then an ongoing yearly cost I don’t think the product has any value any more.
