Poor repair/replacement servicing – I needed a rugged phone for my work. It worked satisfactorily till it bricked up 6 months after I bought it. The servicing became a nightmare. back or a new phone. No explanation of what wrong with your phone. I asked what was wrong and was told that it's in a 'batch" for refurbishing and they couldn't ID which is my phone. Seemed like a flimsy excuse. Got absolutely no response to my query on privacy issues on the phone I sent. Very disturbing. Phone was adequate for my needs while it worked and even though I opted for a replacement the pathetic after purchase servicing will force me on my next purchase to get a phone from a manufacturer that provides service in my country. The email communications were courteous but choppy.
Doesnt Work - Dont want to know about it – Phone arrived - All looks OK. Screen doesnt appear as clear as would expect for the FHD and pixel count and very slow to adapt to light conditions. But the big problem, wont hold signal for more than 30 secs. New SIM made it better but not fixed. reception areas both 4G and 5G. Their customer service tells me it is a Telstra restriction Problem. Telstra dont know what they are talking about and spent ages trying with me ensuring all the network connections were correct from their perspective. 3 New Sims later, still not working. Despite their assertion that the problem is a Telstra restriction, the website says that it works with Telstra 3g and 5g (some vagueness with if they say 4G works) however all of them have the same problem. Im convinced its just got a bad connection to the SIM card and a replacement would be OK but since they dont want to accept that, its going back for a refund and Ill go back to Ulefone I had previously which was fantastic (Armor 6). Cant really comment on cameras as hardly used it and Im not really a photo expert anyway. Operating system for apps was otherwise all good but thats just Android. COuld have been a good phone with the specs but the customer service makes it impossible to tell if it is good but faulty or just crap. Oh and the fingerprint scanner only worked to set it up and once after that. Oh and the quick access button couldnt cope with more than one click after a while - 2 months of rare usage.
Worst smartphone ever bought – Worst rip-off I've ever caught on a smartphone. I bought the bl6000 6 months ago. In two months the glass has crawled in various places and the indestructible perimeter armor has cracked in the corner. charging problems with the original charger. Since two weeks the keyboard does not show up when clicking in the text line. The phone's spec sheet makes it look like a quality product, but instead it belongs to the cheap phone segment
Broken screen – Had the Rugged phone for 1 week and broke the screen from under 0.5 m fall from my pocket sitting down. They don't want to know about it. Been told from local repair shop not worth fixing. Lot of money for 1 week. Show details

phone; extra fees hidden charge at the shipping, half reimbursed; poor communication with the assistance. All this just at the beginning. Than after one full year I'm using it, waiting that at one point they would have fixed most of the problem I was facing, those are the issues I had to deal with: Most of the apps crash continuously; the GPS is most of the time with lack of precision; the quality of the pictures is so poor, not even want to mention the 48 mp option, it's even worse than normal one; 5G connection it doesn exist even if I have a 5G sim; the airbuds I bought with are unusable as since brand new, couldn't make any call as no one can here me; talking with the speaker as same problem; the gorilla screen is full of scratch since the screen protector that comes with fall apart; the side buttons get stuck so often; since few weeks the Keyboard is giving problem just to text and there's no update that fix that; Bluetooth connection fail every 10 minutes; pictures that I tried to move to a new folder that disappeared forever; quality of the audio recorder is so poor that you can barely understand what is recorded, same when recording video; notification of some app like messenger never comes if you don't open the app... And many other little issues, but don't want to waste more time reporting them, guess this is enough to consider this phone over evaluated and wouldn't suggest anyone to buy it. I bought different brands looking always for the best quality phone, it's first time I buy a Blackview phone and for sure I won't make again such a huge mistake, never been so disappointed with any product.
Phone leaked and received no support – After 6 months of use the phone leaked during a rainstorm and no longer works (my work is outside hence why I bought a rugged smartphone). Can't give lower – We have 2 BL6000 pro's and both have the same problems. First is that they can't keep a signal, drop in and out all the time and it takes 2-3 minutes every time to connect again. the phone in your car and then suddenly loose the Bluetooth connection. Then you have to restart the phone...... Screen sensitivity is very very light... Thought when they do update to Android 11 they will fix problems but exactly the same. Easily the worst phones we ever had, have to replace them because we just can't go on like this.
