Blackwood Lane

Very disappointed and expensive – I had breakfast at Blackwood with my daughter. She had avo smash and I had two e poached eggs on toast. Each was one slice of toast and my toast was extra for GF one piece. I actually pain $17 for two poached eggs. I queried it an was told that’s how it was. Never again!!

Invaluable kitchen Aid – I have been using my Ankarsrum Assistant for 10 years to make wonderful cakes and macaroons, etc. and have found it to be a cannot live without machine. I have always had excellent service and support from the Blackwood Lane team.

Best customer service ever! – I purchased an Ankarsrum Mixer from Blackwood Lane in May 2022. It had a fault. I sent an email to customer service expecting a reply in the next few days. Fantastic Customer Service – I had an issue with a transaction from Blackwood Lane using Ebay. When i contacted Blackwood Lane they went out of there way to help and hand delivered my purchase to my front door within two days. Great old fashioned customer service.

Difficult people to deal with – These people have good reviews I don't know how, yes they deliver items, but wait until you have an issue with an item and see how they deal with you.
