Faulty! Issues with apps and had the antenna plug just fall off when I removed the cord. I tried to claim warranty and they denied because it was a physical damage. So now iam stuck with a faulty TV where the live TV apps don't stream and I can't plug in an antenna.

helpful, sending identical non-replies - out of warranty, nothing we can do. I don’t expect products to last forever but this is clearly a known fault and the unit is not fit for purpose and should have been withdrawn from sale. Purchase at your own risk - terrible product, terrible service and poor consumer practice.
Follow-up · Follow up was almost non existent. They asked for details I’d advised the customer support team already and when I told them I’d been in contact with customer support they simply disappeared. TV has now been taken away. Warning still stands - don’t buy Blaupunkt

The remotes are useless you can use your phone as a remote but it constantly ask you to pair device, even though im not touching my phone or remote. Very annoying wen your half way through a movie and it asks u to pair and u have to find remote or get up. I got a cheap sound bar so sound quality is good had for a year and no other problems hence why im giving it 3 stars. In other words good for the price u get what you pay for.

Had an issue with a tv which has less than 1 hr usage. They failed to repair or replace the item. Horrendous support and even worse quality wouldn't touch any of their products again

Great Picture Quality Reliable TV – Great value high quality HDTV Very nice clear sharp picture and ok sound - we use home theatre for sound. Android system a bit laggy sometimes on start up. Exceptionally easy set up from phone and great voice search. Any issues are fixed by simple factory reset. Problem with live TV recording as not possible to switch off text captions. Overall 3 yrs of very good service and viewing. Have bought a bigger Blaupunkt and kept this one.
Horrible & Terrible – Blaupunkt TV Terrible standards. Settings does not allow you pair Remote control. Universal Remote control power/volume cannot be paired. Company does not provide number in Google for Australia to call customer service. No customer service .Terrible . Regret buying Blaupunkt. Won't ever buy this product again

Poor customer service – Purchased TV 3 years ago, now there is no picture but we do have sound. Contacted distributor Ayonz and all they would do is refer to the 1 year warranty and say you need to talk to a tv repair shop. It is a disgusting situation when you buy a TV and it only lasts 3 years. This TV was purchased thru TVSN not sure if I will be doing any more buisness with them either. Graeme

Blaupunkt has gone downhill – We purchased two different Blaupunkt model TVs (one from JB Hi Fi and the other via Australia Post), my family's very first colour TV itself being the THEN amazing Blaupunkt. But back then these TVs were German made. Today they are communist Chinese made and the gross reduction in quality is shocking. We returned one TV and have come close with the other. My dad still has the amazing original one from decades ago. Can never buy this brand again.

Blaupunkt brisbane 240 – I just purchased a blaupunkt brisbane 240 to replace my existing radio. The existing radio was purchased 12 months ago and it was alao a blaupunkt. Unfortunatly the display went faulty after about 6 weeks. I contacted the seller and they referred me directly to blaupunkt. I was dissapointed, but i needed a car radio. After a year passes without a car radio or any luck.
It was obvious that i had to buy a new one, so to save costs i tried to get the same brand so it did not have to be re wired.
Once again im dissapointed that the vehicle conections are different now and there was no external microphone included in the kit, i guess thats a seperate purchase now.
I bought my first blaupunkt radio in about 1990 and ive bought my last blaupunkt product this year.
The quaility is just not there anymore.
