Inefficient and unacceptable after sales service – Purchased 21/12/2017. Seemed to be tuned for the US as unable to access Australian Netflix and ABC IView etc. Had to buy and Apple attachment in order to access these services. Intermittent faults include turning itself on and off and changing the network itself. No sound or picture by 1/6/2018 when reported.6/6/18 we received a text to say the part had been ordered - no one has seen the television to date. 7/6/2018 we contacted the company to be told that the part had arrived and someone would contact us to arrange a visit. 12/6/2018 we reconnected the company to be told that the part was now on order AGAIN AFTER IT HAD ARRIVED LAST WEEK. Really not impressed with this service after purchase and the intermittent problems with the set. This is our first experience with this make of television.

This is my review above. Apparently Blaupunkt do not have a distributor in Australia so the warranty is not valid. The place of purchase is in receivership. So a television that worked for 6 months only is our responsibility. Bought a new one from a well known company and a well known brand that has a distributor in Australia.
