happy with these units. My brother who has a place in Quebec City Canada (hot in the summer)bought some because we brought one when we stayed at his place. I was surprised to read a few negative reviews. The only issue I have had was my fault. I bent the plugin the goes into the unit. In this case I was able to get it to be useable. I hope you like this unit as much as we do
Rubbish – Purchased one for caravanning during Covid and haven’t been able to use. However thought I should check out. Turns on with all the colours glaring but nothing happens. Yes I have charged battery and also rinsed the water curtain. It is the most useless piece of junk I have ever had the misfortune to purchase. Show details
Rubbish would be a positive statement – This device, quite simply DOES NOT do what it claims. It is toy, a concept, a feeble attempt to provide 'relief' on a hot day .... and this is the positive part of this review. What is infinitely worse is that it is more likely a CON, a con designed to attract and fool a gullible public and purchaser. Do Not Buy Blaux Aircooler – Bought and paid $186.97 (with bank fees) for two Blaux Coolers on 8 Dec 2020 and received on 4 Jan 2021. Tested the coolers for a few days and they failed to cool as advertised, and the batteries lasted less than 5 hours and not the 12 hours Blaux had claimed. Kong for a full refund. Postage was $71.30 and the products were delivered to the company on 25 Jan 2021, and the company said on 26 Jan 2021 that they would refund between 15 to 30 days. 36 days have passed and there is still no refund and the company replied today: "As soon as the items are checking into our warehouse, we will initiate the refund"!!!! Very disappointing dealing with this company, and even more depressing when I read all the bad reviews from around the world after my experience.

Very happy with this product – I find that the blaux portable ac is exactly what I have been looking for. Even in the hottest of Perth summers it worked really well. Doesn't cool the room but keeps the individual person or two people cool. My guests were very satisfied with it too. Best cooler for your office table – Very effective cooler when set up correctly. Everyone needs to know they need to add ice to the water and put the filter in the freezer for a couple of hours. I put a claim in at my bank and they rejected my claim but kept the fans I returned!! Can be better if you do this – I use it this way and works well for 1 hour. Get the filter out and get it wet under the tap. Then put the filter in the Freezer for 2 hours or more. Pull it out then put it into the machine just before you turn it on. It blows cool are for about 1 hour. Much better way than what they want you to use it. If camping hope you have a portable fridge freezer. Show details

If it's a Peltier Cooler – Reasonably okay in cooling a small personal space. But still it's still a humidification cooler, and not a Peltier cooler. Therefore it won't work on a humid day, humid countries
DO NOT BUY!! – It looks good and that is about it. Does not cool even the area around it. I was so disappointed. Really Surprised!!! – I ran the unit for three hours at my work station and it seemed to function very well. I was really surprised at all the different features and functions it offered for such a small unit, It worked well as a personal space air conditioner. I also liked the humidifier option. It is what it is – The product does exactly what I expected it would. If you are looking to cool down your house or your room this is not the right product for you. Great for a nightstand or a desk, somewhere in close proximity where you could feel the cool breeze. The breeze is cooler than room temperature but not freezing cold. Having an office space without a window or AC unit, I would recommend this product for similar circumstances.

I bought 2 units with 2 filters and warranties = over $250 After insisting with their customer service team that the product is falsely marketed and it doesn’t work in the slightest way advertised they finally said I can return what I bought and receive my money back .... This is when the real scam kicks in
Their costumer service said they only provide refunds for returns within 30days. So I spent $85 on express shipping as soon as I received the product and went to AUSPost and sent it back .... I sent this in December and the units still haven’t got to their destination!!! So I’m guessing they do this so you can never return the product and can get your money back and get you to spend even more money on shipping
