The blinds were extremely easy to install using the instructions provided on the website. When we unpacked the blinds however we found a manufacturing error that did not affect the function of the blinds. I rang Vincent who immediately admitted that the error was his and offered to replace the blinds. As one blind was already up, we declined, so Vincent offered a discount -- which we gratefully accepted. Our philosophy is that it is not how a supplier treats you before he has your money, it is how he treats you afterwards. We would have no hesitation in recommending Blindsonthenet to anyone for a quality product that is backed up with compassionate and honest service.

Good quality for great price – I ordered double curtain tracks online. They were delivered very quickly, and are a very good quality for the price (and they are not cut in half, like some other providers!). Was very straightforward to hang S-Fold curtains on these tracks once they were installed. I installed the tracks myself, it took a few mins to figure out how to get the tracks to attach to the brackets (no instructions provided), but was fairly straightforward. Show details

Overpriced and underwhelming – We recently purchased two custom made Roman blinds from Blinds on the Net. On the positive side, the blinds were made and delivered safely to our door within 8 business days which was very impressive. The installation video was also very helpful. had was the the blind fabric was on the roller backwards which left the folded flap of fabric on the outside rather than on the inside where it wouldn't be seen. Easy enough to rectify by unrolling and sliding the fabric out of the sailtrack and reversing, so not worth losing a star over.

Excellent shade on West facing walls – I purchased two large (3.6 by 2.7 m and 2.7 by 2.6 m) external Docril awnings four years ago from Blinds on the net. came with a hooked pole. My only criticism is that I would prefer the head box with a steel back instead of an open back, but that is a preference rather than a criticism. I am planning to buy more!

Great product, service & price! – We had some roman blinds made by Blinds on the Net & everything was great! They even sent samples of the blind fabrics to make the selection easier. We would definitely buy from them again!

Very disappointed – Having ordered and paid for $900 worth of rollup insect screen blinds, and having then built a deck to fit the blind measurements, I rang this company three weeks down the track to check the delivery date on our blinds so that they could be installed on our newly built deck. expected to be done immediately upon our payment 3 weeks earlier), I was told that the product was no longer available. The consultant gave us an immediate refund but refused to source/offer us assistance to find an alternative product, leaving us with quite a problem to solve. He also refused to refer me to anyone else within the company for further help. Needless to say, I would not recommend using Blinds on the Net.

Same product as the local stores at half the cost – We recently purchased some Focus Blockout Roller blinds for our laundry, WC, bathroom and ensuite from Blinds on the Net and couldn't be happier. 2) Postage was free to our location, meaning we could do a few rooms at a time and not be penalised for it

3) The online ordering, measuring and installation guides were very helpful. I also phoned for assistance and spoke to Malcolm, who was very helpful and reassuring.

4) We ordered on a Monday night and received our blinds Wednesday of the following week. This was very impressive as the blinds we previously purchased from a local business took 4-6 weeks, plus we had to wait for them to be available to install.

5) The end product was so good (and installation so easy) you can't tell the difference between the ones we had "professionally" installed and the ones we ordered from Blinds on the Net.

The only thing I would like to see improved is the ability to edit items in your cart while using the website. Other than that, everything was fantastic and I will definitely be back to order blinds for the rest of our home.

Not so perfect fit ! – We recently purchased some white 50mm Abachi timber Venetian blinds. When we received the blinds both the length & width were spot on - however to 50mm Abachi blinds comes with a 60mm metal control box at the top which is not stated anywhere on their web page. from "Blinds on the net" they are not interested in refunding us our money even though their product is not as stated. Their answer were "we should have known that the depth of 50mm blind are actually 60mm. Be carful dealing with this mob !!!!

Second Time Back very Happy – We purchased Blinds & Curtains for our new house from Blinds on the Net 2 years ago . We were very happy with the fast service and quality of their products . We recently recommended them to our daughter and son in law ,they placed an order also for window coverings for their entire house . advice twice and the staff were lovely. Was very happy with the blind quality and ease of installation (one unskilled person and a battery drill). They were and exact match to my measurements and everyone has commented on how great they look. I needed black fabric and there was only one choice; I would have liked more options but they look fab anyway. Recommended. Price, quality, promptness. Only one fabric option for black verticals.

discussion was polite and the additional fee was reasonable. Even with the additional fee the delivered price was less than half of the cost for custom blinds from any other supplier I could contact.

When the blind was delivered I was dismayed to find it damaged in transit. The damage was impressive given the heavy duty packaging the blind was in. I contacted Blinds on the Net without great expectations of an easy resolution to the problem. I was extremely pleased with their professional and polite response. Once proof of damage was provided a replacement blind was quickly manufactured and delivered.

The new blind was simple to install and looks great. I cannot fault the quality, price and service that Blinds on the Net provide. I will purchase from them again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Quality product at a great price with unbeatable service.
