Read before you think about using this company! – My experience pretty much is identical to the others listed. Salesman was nice and helpful gave a good price and it rapidly went down hill after this. I'll leave it there. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Show details

Nice people, inefficiently run company – Salespeople and fitters were all very nice but it took almost 2 months to fit 3 outside awnings because they came with incorrect brackets and fittings twice! given permission for them to be fitted at their convenience if I wasn't at home, but that didn't help. I went to Blinds Plus because I had used them some years ago and was very happy with the product and the service then, service has changed since.

Awful company. Terrible customer service. Poor products – Initial installer incorrectly installed our blinds, left holes in the wall from where he incorrectly drilled for the brackets, blinds were placed on the wrong way, some were facing one way and some in a completely different direction. to purchase! Some blinds don't even open or turn correctly. We are still waiting for an installer to come and complete and fix the errors. This has been going on for two months now. Service is terrible and inconsistent. We are informed of a date and time and then when we call wondering where the installer is we are told that they never told us a time that the installer would arrive and that he is currently running late. I would NEVER use this company again. I strongly advise anyone else to not deal with this company either in the future.

Dodgy – Bad service..Bad material..Bad timing..Bad installer. Do not use these guys. The workmanship of their products is the most shocking i have ever seen..Very rude worker. You get what you pay for..So pay a little extra because its not worth the headache.

Won't Use Again – Engaged them to furnish our new house with roller blinds and shutters. Salesperson was on time, polite & informative. The quote was competitive. incorrectly measured & wouldn't fit the windows they were intended for. Considering we smelt what we thought was alcohol on the installer's breath, this was somewhat of a relief. Feedback was given to Blinds Plus.

A week later the next installer came & funny enough he was able to install the remaining blinds as they were correctly measured. A 3rd installer was required to install 4 shutters as the first two didn't have the experience. This took another three weeks to complete by the time we organised install times etc.

Bricks were chipped & wall tiles were cracked. After sales customer service was poor at best and phone calls weren't returned. The material on a couple of the blinds has started to fray but we dare not go there.

We did get some money back in lieu of the damage but overall it was a negative experience. Competitive quote, some friendly staff Unprofessional and Incompetent
