I hope and I pray that they can forgive me. was the largest online store in Australia, from the tens of thousands of orders per week never did we experience a complaint. I can tell who the people are in here. Shame on you.

Borers throughout!!!! – Extremely unhappy with these blinds. Purchased timber blinds for lounge and sunroom. Very poorly made, mechanisms not working soon after. What's worse is that now there are borers throughout all 3 blinds and constantly having to clean up fine yellow powder. Terrible – I have placed an order with them, before i saw these reviews. Did not hear from them in 3 weeks then i decided to call them,but nobody answers the 1300 number. The company doesn't exist anymore! What can I say, lucky they didnt charge my credit card. Do not order with them! They have a great website There is no company and they still taking orders!!

Do not place any orders from Blinds Warehouse – This company has abandoned operations, yet is still taking orders on their website. I notified Fair Trading NSW two weeks ago, and again today. They seem to be ambivalent to the fact that consumers are still getting ripped off. Whatever you do, do not order from this company, as you will be guaranteed to lose your money.

Blinds Warehouse? – I want my $235 back! Terrible how this business is still taking orders, trying to call since Dec 20th 2013 till Jan 15th 2014, No answer! Do not vuy!!!!! I have made calls to ASIC to report this business. I am disgusted!!! People do not buy! Hope this helps everyone.

Gone out of business – Disgusted. Company has obviously gone out of business, yet still taking orders online. I am not expecting to ever have my order filled that was placed on 29/12. Go to facebook page and read recent comments. Being reported to Consumer Affairs, as of today orders are still able to be made online.

ordering service. The lady I was messaging answered all my questions about cord, base rail, colour etc. She was great. Blinds were promptly shipped and arrived in perfect condition (from QLD to Melbourne). Installation was easy. Blinds look absolutely beautiful. I only wish I knew about Blinds warehouse before I ordered blinds for my last house. Price, quality, service Chain is a little stiff to pull, but I imagine that it will loosen with use.

had to wait weeks for them to finally respond, though it was a complete waste of time as they completely dismissed my complaint. I've never seen a roman blind look like this, yet they claim it is designed to be that way. It was also made very clear to me that Blinds Warehouse don't care one bit about the quality or design of their product or customer satisfaction. Luckily enough I only ordered one blind before placing a larger order of over 15. Since Blinds Warehouse don't seem interested in helping me, I will now be going elsewhere. I don't think it will be hard to find a more satisfactory result, or better service!! Cheep Roman blind 'design' is such that the last fold hangs considerably lower than all other folds and looks ridiculous

Disgraceful – Terrible blinds, I purchased 8 shutter blinds, 2 larger size, 6 smaller size, the larger size blinds are so heavy the very thin drawstrings can barely support the weight of the blind, I won't let my children touch them, the blinds are bowing from the weight, when trying to lift up the blind and bring them down the drawstring jams and u have to use… Read more

force to pull back ino place, the 2 blinds are now stuck in an awkward position as I am scared to bare any more weight to push the shutter blades back ino place in the fear the whole blind will fall down. ( blinds warehouse response to this was the blinds should not be pulled up and down, well why shouldn't they and how do I then open the window)

Of the 6 smaller blinds, only 4 have been installed, once I saw the quality and poor performance of the blind, I could not pay the carpenter to install the rest, again drawstring is so thin, the shutters get caught and tangled, and even fall out, it is unbelievable, I can provide many photos showing how bad it is, the plug holes are too big to hold the plugs which hold the very thin drawstrings, the plugs are not held in place, again I can provide photos of this.

I was very disappointed with the blinds, I did not act on the matter straight away, I tried to live with it, in the installation instructions provided, it gives u details on how to remove shutter blades, I did remove 2 shutter blades from each of the installed blinds, as clearly instructed in the installation guide provided in every blind, I did this to try and lesson the weight on the larger blinds and try and stop tangling in smaller blinds, no change at all.

After a few months I decided to contact blinds warehouse, you can't call to discuss, has to be through online, very difficult to do, somehow finally got through, I have to say they humoured me for a long time, they got nasty and even sent through to me an internal email that I do not think I was meant to see, but then I think that is the way they really wanted to tell me what they thought of me, again happy to show the email, I was disgusted, I called them directly and demanded I speak with someone, a female finally called back, she stated that as i 'altered' the blinds i had no rights, and the supplier was not interested in what i had to say, then she said she was on my side and management where reviewing the matter, again she too humoured me for a while and then no further response from blind warehouse, I tried callig to discuss, but the female was unavailable to speak with me.

I appreciate blinds warehouse is a cheaper window dressing option, but I expect the blinds to work the way they should. I do think I have rights, and will be having this reviewed.

I have tried to log this via their website asking for assistance, and all I keep receiving from them is that I must complete an issue form but try and find an issue form on their website is impossible. the blind is OK After sales service

this point, I should let you know that I followed to the letter. A week or so after placing the order, I received an email to say the venetians weren't in stock, and that they could replace them with something else, giving me some options, or I could wait until the ones I ordered were back in stock. I wasn't too fussed, so opted for a different blind.

The venetians were a pretty good quality, and I hung 2 straight away, and then 2 of the romans once they arrived (it should be noted that there were 3 different shipments for the order). The romans only just fitted the windows (outside fitting) - they had made them to the exact width of the windows even though they said in the instructions that they adjust the sizing based on my measurements. When I contacted them, I had to send photo's showing the measurement, etc. Not an easy task on one's own!. Anyway, long story short, they weren't interested, and refused to make amends. My point is why did I bother ordering blockout blinds when they let light and cold air in??? I have just tried to hand the other 3 venetians, and while 2 fitted, the other doesn't - they have again cut to the exact width of the window, and they are longer than the others, even though all my windows are exactly the same - as I said, I measured them thoroughly. I feel there is no point in contacting them as they won't do anything about it.

I still have to hang the vertical blind, but not looking forward to that as it is unlikely to fit either.

I won't be using this company again, and they have missed out on sales for a house lot of blinds x 2 as I am putting double blinds on each window in an effort to be energy efficient.

I have now found another webside (that was recommended by a friend) - iseekblinds.com.au and am in the process of ordering from them to give them a go. They also provide free samples.

I now notice they have updated their website and changed the 'how to measure' instructions. Thanks so much!!! Nice blinds at a decent price. Bad warranty service and poor customer service.

live the blinds are made locally by another business. Mine were delivered from Yatala in Qld by a company that I have never heard of (Lifestyle Blinds & Shutters).

The quality of the blinds was not that good however sizing was accurate except for the headboards which needed trimming. One smaller blind had the cords partially threaded through the slats which I set about fixing myself as I felt that trying to get some help with this would be near impossible given my efforts to speak to someone before ordering. The top of the blinds were made of plastic (normally metal). How durable this will be is unknown. All in all not an extremely satisfying experience and I would not buy from them again. Delivery was prompt. Not the best quality. Hard to contact.

horrible service – Ordered 1 blind, received but missing a part. They sent replacement part but it was the wrong one. Infer i am doing something wrong despite me sending pictures showing the clear incompatability. Blind has a sprung loaded round pin, sent me a clip to suit a tiny slotted type pin. Still not resolved. Stay away, service and communication is awfull. Poor service, incompetent staff.

Horrendous, thieving company that breaks the law! – Horrendous Company. This was my second order with them. Sent me 2x sets of faulty, broken blinds, they admitted fault and then refused to refund my money (even though they're legally obligated to according to the fair trading act of 1974!). I had so many queries..I think I spoke to every representative at least twice and the live support service is fantastic. I had never done anything DIY before and was directed straight to the online resources; measuring guide, installation guides etc. Above all, I had fun doing this with my husband. He never knew I could use a drill :-)

I have recommended Blinds Warehouse to all my friends. I found the secret to furnishing my house - why wouldn't I pass on the secret?!
