Very happy with this service – I read through many reviews before choosing Blue Jet - mostly based on the fact that there weren't any negative reviews compared to other steam cleaning companies. The quote was very reasonable ($168 for two bedrooms, a three seater and a two seater couch - 3 per cent surcharge if you pay by credit card), not the cheapest I got but very affordable. Jeldi was lovely to deal with, called to let us know he was running late (only 20 mins) and was very accomodating during the clean - nothing was too much trouble. He spent a lot of time on our couch and it looks absolutely perfect - after eight years of kids and food all over it we couldn't believe it came up so well. Some of the stains in our carpet came back after the carpet had dried but he had warned us that that may happen. They do look very clean though - despite the few remaining stains. Happy to recommend this steam cleaning service to others.
