[Content Removed] Running such a buyer's agency to trap people who are looking for professional help during their search to buy a real estate property. We engaged these guys from bluewater property and we clearly told criteria about what kind of property we are looking for. But, these people instead of following the criteria, presented some properties that were absolute out of our criteria and rubbish. Some had really deep slope, had swimming pools attached to the house building causing risk to building structure and some were just crumbling clad houses pasted and beautified to sell. Bothj these guys were absolute aggressive, dominating to the client, rude in all their conversations.
Every time they sent some property to us they just dumpoed some address and expected us to say yes to buy that property. Never provided us with any information about what investigation they have done about this property, no reports, no checks, they simply expected us to say yes to buy that very property, no matter how rubbish or risky to own it would be.
Their criteria is just to loot the people as quick as they can and get away with making money. They charged 2500 as engagement fees and denied to return it as they presented only 1 property (that too 600km away from perth CBD) and even though it was such a remote area, we finally decided to go ahead but they seem to throw that option to other clients of theirs and don't care to provide due diligence data even after being asked multiple times.
Before we started with these guys, they told us that they will only provide houses (in very well presented condition), with no repairs and houses under $650k WITH BIG LAND, but nothing like it was ever presented.
We would like to report such [Content Removed] and highlighted to the general public and urge everyone to stay away from hiring these guys and paying them any money ever.

We reached out multiple times via phone and text to discuss these properties and gather your feedback, but because we struggled to get a response, it became very difficult for us to refine our search and assess your needs.
Regarding the $2,500 engagement fee, this is a standard, non-refundable cost outlined in the agreement signed at the start of our partnership. It ensures our team's initial time, resources, and out-of-pocket costs are covered, even if a client ultimately decides not to proceed with a purchase.
We have noticed that this review has been shared and edited multiple times—including sites we do not actively use, like ProductReview—using different profiles.
