Bobbie Tango

We have been using Spacewhite laundry sheets for 6 years now and we love them. We recently bought washing powder and our clothes are now horrible to wear, they are so scratchy. We love this product. Thank you

I have used this for several years and it works very well. If something is very dirty I use one of each sheets. I need to order more but today, every time I search for them a company called bobbie tango comes up. Bright orange! they seem to be pretending they are re-vamped spacewhite. Will have to try something else, but not bobbie tango!!

Space white no customer service and wrong product – I got the laundry sheets and ordered the dw sheets. Instead i got dw tablets with plastic covers on each tablet. It’s not what i wanted and i let them know and no response; no customer service and i’m tired of crap customer service do i won’t use them again.

Does not work – After reading so many positive reviews on the Spacewhite website, I really didn't think that it would be possible for these to not work - I just assumed they'd be the same as laundry detergent with perhaps a different smell. "as effective as water and perfume". This product really does nothing to remove not only stains but odours in clothing (meaning you will forever have smelly socks, gym gear, etc.). I tried using the sheets at different temperatures, using double sheets, and nothing would make a difference. In the end to avoid throwing them out, I had to add a sheet into each laundry load - in addition to actual detergent, just to burn through them. I haven't tried other brands and would love to swap to laundry sheets, but please do not buy these products.

Zero Customer Service; Average Product – So glad I didn't subscribe! Probably just as effective as water and perfume for washing clothes. Nothing special. I ordered two different products and did not receive half my order. I attempted to contact them 4 or 5 times with no response - even though I received an automatic generated response saying that I would be contacted within a few hours. I would not deal with this company. Very disappointed in product and complete lack of service.

No product to review – I bought two products at the end of June which I still haven’t received in August and which apparently had been delayed by Aust Post. I attempted to contact Spacewhite at least three times to resolve this. On two occasions I received an automated message saying they would be in contact with me within two hours. This did not occur. My other attempt went unanswered. I would not recommend this company.

Love them! – I've been using SpaceWhite laundry sheets for two years now and am very happy with the results. Some of our clothes do get very dirty, so I have to use two sheets. Otherwise, one does the job. I love that there's no plastic and nothing to throw out.

Doesn’t clean anything – Have tried these over the past few months, using the recommended one or two sheets in a front loader doesn’t clean clothes. Have tried using three sheets in a small load with average results. Concept is good but there is no way a light sheet performs equally to a cap of normal powder detergent.

Disappointing Results – Bought the stain and odour sheets after becoming disappointed with the ordinary ones. Zero difference, in fact the stains on my shirts just stayed there! Cancelled my standing order and will be going back to the capsule washing powders after giving the sheets the best chance of working in my front loader for over two years.

SpaceWhite EO generator and laundry sheets – While it was working it was great, managed to stop gastro going through everyone in the house BUT... is totally unacceptable for a company who claims to be helping the environment to sell something that is so disposable. I contacted the company after the sprayer went to see if they could help me; while they were friendly, the response was effectively "too bad it's (just) over 12 months old, buy a new one". Not happy. It's worth noting I purchased 4 of these for various family members and 2 have useless sprayers, 1 hasn't been used yet, not sure about the 4th.

Oh and if you're thinking about their laundry sheets. I had no problem with them, but why not buy from a company that actually cares about the environment and their customers. I highly recommend Tirtyl, they have always been super helpful and make great products.

Disappointed – I ordered the stain & odour laundry sheets. My washed laundry had absolutely zero freshness. I immediately canceled by subscription. Products were however delivered within a few days & it was easy to cancel the subscription.
