Fantastic Customer Service – We ordered an expensive hamper to give as a wedding gift. It arrived (the next day), however, the presentation of the box was not great - it was missing the bow, the box wasn't closing properly as a product was not fitting correctly, and the box had embossed writing underneath of another product. As this was for a wedding gift to be given the next day, I did not have time to return it. I sent an email and the next day I was contacted by a very polite and friendly person in a senior position, apologising (3 times in total) and offering to bring a replacement within an hour, delivered to my home free of charge. As promised, within an hour, we exchanged the hamper with the new one which was perfect. He even opened it up to ensure we were happy and then tied the ribbon again. This is a great example of excellent customer service. Mistakes will always be made but it is how those mistakes are handled that make the difference. Despite this incident, I will continue to order hampers from Bockers and Pony and certainly highly recommend them to family and friends.

Professional in every way! – I was searching for a stylish but useful gift for a client and Bockers & Pony delivered exactly that with the Pampering With Piper Rose hamper. Presented in a grey & silver hard carry case with champagne, personal skin products and scented candle this was perfect for my female client, and looked perfectly matched with the colours and patterns of packaging too. The complete package!
