Should last longer than 6 years – A recent service identified that the gas modulator on my 6 yr old Pyrox Silhouette wall furnace is faulty. Climate informs me that the part is no longer made/available. They will send out a tech to assess and charge me $299 for the visit. We already know what is wrong so why send out a tech to tell me what is wrong. Sounds like after 6 years I have to buy another wall heater. NOT a Climate product that's for sure.
Purchased in for $2,100.

Great when it worked – This heater was terrible from the time we installed it.. It worked for a week before it broke down the first time. When it did work (for the total of about 6 weeks in four months) it was fantastic.. We had nothing but problems with it even tho it was almost completly rebuilt twice...The company that we bought it through were fantastic, but the company they bought it through was not!!! I liked the look of it and and it was a resonable price. Everything was wrong with it and Bonaire have and extremely bad warranty service..The worst..

Looks like Bonaire have not changed, their local support in Victoria (Climate Technology) still has not fixed the problem reported, the heater is not working in the middle of winter and they don't known when the spare part will be available.
Bonaire support service is terrible and would not recommended their product. I reported the problem before Easter and the product is still not working waiting for spare part.
