Worst product available! Doesn’t do as stated and they apparently provide a money back guarantee but then don’t give you your money back because you’ve used the product. How are you supposed to determine if it works or not, If you haven’t used it? Had to put a bank dispute in to get my money back because these thieves would not return my money!! DO NOT BUY from this seller - they are scammers.

Not only a scam but credit card was used for online purchases that I never made. This is my emergency card that I only have regular payments out of. Thanks to my bank who was made aware of this & stopped the payments. If you’ve bought from this company .. beware.

Product took six weeks to arrive . Product quality feels cheap and nasty. I also paid extra $50 for the case to keep it in which was damaged and they have done nothing about it after saying they would rectify the situation when they received photos with my email which I did promptly they have since ignored any correspondence I would purchase somewhere else if I were you I have not had a good experience this company

Please do not order from this company. The quality of the curler is dreadful, not even worth $10. I’ve tried emailing them with no reply, my emails bounce back, absolute scam! ☹️

expense of $20. I did so, they received my goods on the 17th January 2025 which I had to follow up. As a result I have not been reimbursed despite many emails and now they have blocked them. I am owed $150. It is a scam. Very disappointing when I have little money as it is and upsetting to know I was taken advantage of despite what they quote on their website. I’ve been scammed!!!! The product is incredibly cheap and nasty! I organized to send it back (at my own expense) for a full refund.. now the emails don’t work and it looks like the company has gone bust… so not only have I lost my money, but I spent $20 to post it back and now I don’t even have a product! Do not deal with this scam company – Total Scam Site copied from Bondi Boost with similar look. Poor quality product received 13 January and returned delivered to them 23rd January before they had a chance to change their return policy for Store credit. 9 emails and many excuses later I still am waiting 18 working days later for my refund. If I could give it no starts I would.

Crappy Cheap product – Chinese seller, not Australian. The product is cheap plastic and does not come as advertised. Attachments do not connect securely and it feel like the product will snap when trying to attach them. After waiting months for them to provide a return address, my refund is still pending despite product being returned and confirmed as received.

Worst experience and product – Here I was thinking it was an Australian business, I may as well have bought it from china myself, product was so cheap looking. If I can rate zero stars, I would. What a total scam, It literally only last 10mins along with smelling like smoke when the motor completely burnt out. Still waiting for my refund after 2months of empty promises. False Shipping Information: After placing the order, we received confirmation that the product would ship from Sydney. However, the packaging revealed it was actually shipped from China. This kind of deception is unacceptable.

No Refund Policy: Despite what is stated on their website, there is no real refund policy. When my partner attempted to return the product, they initially refused and offered only 30% of the purchase price back. After persistent requests, they agreed to accept the return, but only if we covered the return shipping costs, which amounted to around $20 via AusPost.

Poor Customer Service: It has now been three weeks, and we are still trying to get our money back. The company has been unresponsive, avoiding all communication. This level of customer service is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

In conclusion, I would recommend staying far away from Bondi Curls. The product and customer service experience have been extremely disappointing, and I regret the purchase. Save your money and look for more reputable brands!

BEWARE of Bondi Curl scam – BEWARE - this is a scam. The hair styler they send you looks nothing like the picture. It is a no-name cheap plastic product. After numerous emails to Bondi Curl - they denied refunding my money even though I sent them pictures to show the difference between what they advertised and what I received. The company is not registered in Australia - so BEWARE.

Terrible – Total scam. Product is absolute garbage and after 4 weeks of trying to get my money back, they are now saying I can only get store credit. Doesn’t say that anywhere in the conditions of sale. They advertise a money back guarantee! Do not buy!! Misleading advertising and fake reviews .

SCAM PRODUCT AND COMPANY – This company is a scam. They falsely claim to operate out of Australia, but upon closer inspection, they’re actually based in Toronto. The product they sell is unbranded and a cheap import from China. In fact, I found the exact same curler being sold on AliExpress for just $30. Their 14-day money-back guarantee is also misleading and unreliable. DO NOT BUY from this company

Bondi curls – As others have said.. this unit is rubbish.. they use others images and videos.. and sell you the same unit that can be purchased on catch for about $40.. keep clear..
