Serum way too heavy, my skin feels sticky after applying and skin does not absorb. Serum has an awful smell. For the price, I was expecting a much better quality product. Will not be purchasing this product again. Using a Kproduct half the price 100% better re results and feels amazing on skin.

unnoticed until I messaged on FB on 9 December, by which time the items had been dispatched. They said they would refund the unwanted item and would send a return label. They would refund once the item arrived at their warehouse. Despite the promo advertising free express post, my parcel arrived via standard post on 16 December. After pointing this out to them, I am told they were very busy, hence not able to send all orders via express. After chasing up a number of times, I received the return label via email on 30 December - 3 weeks after they said they would arrange this. I sent off the item via Aus Post and delivery was attempted on 2 January, but no-one was in attendance and no safe place to leave, so it was taken to the local PO for collection. I advised them of this and had to remind them a number of times over the following 2 weeks. They said they were too busy to collect it and actually asked me to contact the PO and arrange re-delivery to them. This I refused to do and suggested they arrange redelivery themselves. I got a tracking message saying if it wasn’t collected by 16 December the parcel would be returned back to me. I let them know this. On 15 December they told me it had been collected, and the refund finally done. I have asked 3 times now for contact details of the owner of the business, and this information has not been forthcoming. So be aware there’s no contact phone number if something goes wrong; emails go into their spam folder which clearly isn’t monitored; advertised free express postage doesn’t happen; there’s an unclear up-sell at checkout; the refund process takes about 5 weeks; and if you leave something in your cart, the sinister reminder email tells you ‘we saw you lurking . . .’. I can’t comment on the quality of the serum and moisturiser as the whole experience and constant following up has soured me against anything they sell. Never again. 20 Jan UPDATE: The owner of the business has reached out with a genuine apology and an undertaking to look into the various matters internally. Feb UPDATE: Aus Post has returned the package to me as it was NOT collected by MUD.

I was skeptical as I find the ads to be incredibly annoying. However, after seeing it was on sale in a health store, I purchased a bottle. I like using oils on my sensitive skin. So far, it’s been good. I have severe pigmentation which it has done nothing to erase. It absorbs well & although the smell is not pleasant, it dissipates quickly.

After using this product for only 1 week (morning & night) I can def see some results. The texture of my skin has changed, it is looking smoother. I had a large pore on the bridge of my nose that is getting smaller by the day. I hv also noticed a reduction in colour to a dark sun spot on my cheek which is impressive as it has been there for years. I will keep going with it for sure. Finance – Only ordered recently, haven’t received yet. Am wondering why an Australian company (?) markets their products in American dollars? Of course we pay more Australian dollars at the checkout. I am hoping the product is worth it’s weight. Will come back to review product.

The product is pretty good but the brand needs work – The product is ok but I have found a different sea buckthorn serum that is cheaper and truly transformed my skin. The packaging is not environmentally friendly. The business uses deceptive advertising tactics which I find off putting. The customer service is not friendly or professional.

Mud Organic Serum – I saw the Mud Orgainic serum on Facebook and thought I would give it a go. It was very easy to go through their website and order. was great. I found that the serum made my skin lovely and soft, but I didn't notice any other change.

Great oil – I have using this product now for 2 years my daughter put me onto it . As a 71 year old it has improved my skin a great deal . I bottle last for 6 months as you only use a small amount. Amazeballs. Thank you MudOrganics! – I was a little sceptical as you can get sucked in with stuff on FB, but to my pleasant surprise, this product is absolutely amazeballs. I had a dark spot on my left cheek and it really has started to fade. Not to mention that my skin definitely feels a lot smoother and much more hydrated. Fabulous – I first bought the 30ml Sea Buckthorn Serum, as was recommended to do so from a friend. It is such a great product, that I then ordered the 100ml bottle, knowing I would be using this product for a very long time. Love the Sea Buckthorn Serum – I have been using Mud Organics Sea Buckthorn oil for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. skin super fast. I wear it under an organic BB cream every day and it's a great base for additional creams and/or foundations. I highly recommend this product.
