Changed my booking by 2 days and …

Changed my booking by 2 days and stated need to rebook if need to within 2 weeks. No phone number and the Chat facility does not respond. Waited over 2 hours 27/4/24 and over 5 hours on 29/4/24. No customer service at all. Flew with them once and it was good but now they are unpredictable, uncontactable and unreasonable in conducting their business. Not satisfied at all. Show details

NO customer service

Bonza is a scam, do not book tickets with this airline! Warning scam!!!

If I could do a negative 5 stars I would, they cancelled both of my flights with no explanation, they have ZERO customer support or phone numbers to call, you cant get refunds.
This airline is a scam be careful, don't book tickets with these guys!!!

Worst Airline Ever

Worst airline ever, cancelled my flight and noone knew until arriving at the airport and you see it on the departures screen. No text or email until 1 hour after flight was meant to take off. Near impossible to contact customer service and the App is horrible to use. DONT BOTHER Show details

Unreliable

Flight times keep changing and now they’ve changed the day! Unreliable and can only get a credit - refund not possible. I don’t want to try and fly with them again!

Cancellations during peak times - great if you’re not on a schedule

Bonza is great - if the flight actually takes off. If not, then expect cancellations especially during long weekends and school holidays. Starting to be worse than Jetstar- trying to get any customer service is hilarious and a refund when they cancel and issue a credit? No chance. Show details

Disappointed bubble burst

Extremely disappointed that 4 months out my flight has been delayed 12 hours in departure.
I have sat on chat line for nearly 2 hours and nothing. Not even acknowledgement that I'm still waiting.
I want to change to previous day but can't get refund for upgraded seats so would have to pay all over for different leg room seats.

Do not Recommend at all

Cancelled flights with instructions on requesting a refund, the moment I did it, it cancelled the entire booking, not just the cancelled flight. $1000 out of pocket. Will not recommend this airline. Since our booking was made we have had so many notifications of flight changes, its been a rollercoaster to say the least. Show details

Cancelled flight, no refund, no way home, $600 to fix it

We are in Victoria on holiday having flown down Friday and today (Monday) or flights on Friday to return to the sunny coast have been cancelled!
With only a credit - no refund.
$600 cost to rebook with jetstar.
We will never fly Bonza again.
This is unconscionable trading and this is not the first time this has happened.

Happened to my hubby a few weeks ago.

Dont Fly Bonza - You Will Get CancelledOn the 3rd January 2024 our flight was cancelled less than 24hrs before the flight was due to take off.
The excuse - Cancelled due to crewing requirements.
As of the 2/2/24 we have still not been refunded, let alone offered any compensation for the extra charges or additional cost we incured getting to our location. I strongly advise anyone who has been effected by Bonza Airlines terrible management and service to report and make complaints to the Airline Customer Avocate.

No person or family should have to deal with companies taking youre money and not providing adequate options if they cant fulfil there obligation.
They are offering heaps of discounted flights and they cancel for crewing issue.
Looks like another compass airlines collapse in the making.

Go to Fair trading and make a complaint. Email them the complaint number and you’ll get a response!

I finally did go to Fair Trading and they have phoned me and will be calling them. Since doing that Bonza have paid me half of what the owe me.

I now have finally received full refund. But had to go to fair trading to get it.
So anyone who is still waiting for refund I recommend just going straight to fair trading..
