Please don't go BONZA!!! – Absolutely gutted Bonza has gone. I've read many knowledge box opinions of why Bonza failed but none of those knowledge boxes appeared to have travelled with them. despite their deplorable records (or despite their ongoing unreliable flight records). We heard of every single issue Bonza by faced. Do we hear of every.flight delay, cancellation etc from any of the others- absolutely not!!! Oh and every flight I travelled on was full or very close to it X 6 time. All you have to do is check out the reviews - Qantas, Jetstar & do not forget airnorth. Their reviews are definitely worth reading & you will have your eyes opened. I flew at least 6 times on Bonza without a hitch. Now it will cost over $1000 to travel to a regional destination 1 & 3/4 hr direct flight with Bonza. The flight will now take around 8 hours & multiple changes- flight, taxi, bus etc It's pathetic that the same greedy airlines continue to monopolies & suffocate start ups. I just hope somebody will come to Bonza rescue. The alternative - I'd rather drive than hand money to any of those others

Please come back Bonza – Very sad and disheartened this airline may be gone. I loved travelling with Bonza, so much cheaper and really loved how modern the planes were with outlets to charge things like laptops and phones and occasionally has food on their menu from Aussie businesses. desperately needed more competition and Bonza offered that. I could fly and visit family from Melbourne to Sunshine coast for $79 which allowed me to see my family more. I won't be able to see them as much now without Bonza as other airlines don't offer anywhere near the same price. I always found Bonza staff to be friendly and really liked them. I feel very bad for customers affected by their voluntary admistration and very much hoping Bonza can refund everyone and come back to servicing us again. I miss Bonza so much as I don't know how I can see family without them.

change. How do decisions like this get made without accepting any responsibility for these changes and helping customers find an alternative. This is our first Bonza trip and it will certainly be the last with this kind of service and don't care attitude.

Absolute joke to deal with and no way of communicating with Bonza – My partner and myself booked our flights months in advance and with short notice first our flight was canceled and then rescheduled to another airport with a bus to connect from our home destination to the new departing airport. changes had the bus departing after the flight had already left which made me laugh at first as it says the bus leaves after the flight and from “the bus terminal” with no address or any information about where said bus terminal was. after days of trying the only option the chat in the app to work out weather we could get a refund and keep our return flight but cancel our first flight as it was a mess and wouldn’t work with any aspect of the new information provided regarding the changes. I received no reply to any of my attempts to resolve the issues. Bonza then 4 days later made the same cancellation to our return flight this time departing from a different airport again with a 4 hour bus trip and landing at a different airport to where we would have originally departed from for our travel plans meaning we couldn’t even take our own car to catch the flight as all departure and arrival destinations were different. Long story short we had to spend 3 times of our original booking with no option to cancel and get a refund as they advise to cancel through the app which there is no option available. All in all absolutely pathetic customer service to customers who have helped keep the airline flying. I will be expecting compensation for such a mess and costing us a fortune as well as messing with our work schedule

our Bonza flights than Bonza itself. Constantly tried to contact through the app to make sure the text was legit before spending 6x the price on a new flight as it was so last minute and no replacement flight was offered but had to cave in and head home with much lighter pockets. Cheers Bonza - us, our family and friends will be avoiding you like the plague.

from Launceston - GoldCoast and got changed to Launceston - Sunshine Coast They then also sent out a message the day of the flight (8 hours before the original take off) that the flight had been delayed “due to maintenance requirements” that’s utter bulls**t so now I’m not landing into the Sunshine Coast until midnight and then having to drive almost 3 hours back home to the GoldCoast. This airline is an utter joke. Oh did I forget to mention, for all their constant screw ups, they issued a Bonza voucher to be used in the airport or on the plane so they can get their $5 money right back into their pocket. What a joke.

Great reliable airline – Again travelled with Bonza - cannot fault them. The staff are all always pleasant & helpful. The planes are roomy - comfortable. The food is very tasty & great prices plus onboard entertainment.. I changed my return flight & needed Bonza assistance which was absolutely forthcoming. Fabulous – Flew the night light to Darwin ex Sunny Coast last night. Could not have had a better experience. From booking to landing. All went smooth. Special mention to Host its. The 3 extra young ones really performed . They all did. Notgrumpy or aloof like some of the boilers the opposition employ. For God's sake keep this airline in the sky. They'll try and destroy you like they did Compass.

Warning scam!!! – If I could do a negative 5 stars I would, they cancelled both of my flights with no explanation, they have ZERO customer support or phone numbers to call, you cant get refunds. Cancellations during peak times - great if you’re not on a schedule – Bonza is great - if the flight actually takes off. If not, then expect cancellations especially during long weekends and school holidays. Starting to be worse than Jetstar- trying to get any customer service is hilarious and a refund when they cancel and issue a credit? No chance. Show details

Do not Recommend at all – Cancelled flights with instructions on requesting a refund, the moment I did it, it cancelled the entire booking, not just the cancelled flight. $1000 out of pocket. Cancelled flight, no refund, no way home, $600 to fix it – We are in Victoria on holiday having flown down Friday and today (Monday) or flights on Friday to return to the sunny coast have been cancelled! What customer service? – They cancelled my flights, you can’t call anyone, the online chat takes a minimum of 3-4 hours to connect with anyone and when you get through they give you an email no one replies to. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a response, been on the chat 6 times and still awaiting any form of customer service. Never got to fly with them, will never try again.
