Hired a 4sqm green waste bin for 2 days. When the bin was not collected, I contacted Bookabin. The bin provider then phn'ed & advised due to soul from lawn removal, the bin would require a more expensive disposal. I agreed to pay the additional amount however the bin was not collected as agreed. On a second attempt contacting Bookabin, the bin was finally collected. Bookabin are a platform & take no responsibility for provider service.

I went through Bookabin and i had a great experience. Located around Melbourne, i had to contact supplier as the bin was there after a day but they had a truck broken down. It is happen. Michell who was the supplier was absolutely lovely when i call. I haven t been charge with extra cost. I will recommand the service bookabin without hesitation. Thank you to the supplier and bookabin.

The bin we ordered was delivered on the date as requested and collected promptly per our schedule. Despite my my earlier concerns having read previous reviews, based on my experience I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this service. Show reply

I booked a skip through Bookabin and then read the poor reviews on here and got worried! I phoned the company who was providing the skip, just to confirm that they knew about it and happily, they did! The skip arrived and was collected on time and they put it where I wanted it. The price was better than any other I had seen online, for a 6m skip. Communication could be better, but overall a positive experience. Show details ·  1

Do not use this business. Take your money and when no bin turns up they don’t get back to you after emails, phone calls and voicemails left. Dodgy business, steer clear

Supplier is Hy-Gene skips: WORST SERVICE AND RUDE! No communication until we called and then decided to not deliver on the ordered date until we called to follow up in the afternoon. Next day was again late so we decided to cancel. Got yelled at by the man. Requested a full refund and will await to hear back now!!

I had to give them one star . Didn't want to . These guys are absolute unprofessional wouldn't know how to respond to enquiries. Had the bin delivered late afternoon mind you i asked for morning. It is 6.30 the next night and still waiting for pick up . I can't say any thing nice about these people . Absolutely special people . NEVER NEVER do your skip through this company. Extremely disappointing.

Don’t engage this company. Vince never answers his calls and he will threaten you. Honestly do yourself a favour and DON’T engage them. If I could give a lesser rating I would.

Something very dodgy going on here!!!! Inevitably Bookabin will stitch you up with Hy-gene skips in Sydney. I got caught out not realising they use a ridiculously low weight limit. I ordered it for 24hrs and it is still here. The supplier wouldn't pick up any of my calls or answer any of my emails. I tried one last time calling in which he did answer and told me to stop calling him???????? then said it would be picked up TOMORROW. I said no it needs to be gone today and he said 'yeh yeh yeh I'll be there in 2mins' and hung up on me. He did not come.

the Tuesday the bin was still there after him telling me he would collect it on the Monday. Now 2 weeks later and the bin is still sitting on my driveway. I am quite concerned they have just dumped the bin here.

Our skip bin we got through Bookabin was meant to be collected 2 weeks ago , as it was not collected we chased Bookabin the day after the scheduled date of collection, and pretty much every day after that. As we got into the second week of the bin not being collected still no real help. They are providing a service on behalf of these companies which we have to pay up front and came up with no solution for this matter at all.

Used to use Stocard which was simple, easy and reliable. I have given up trying to use my Flybuys card at point of sale because Klarma never lets me into to app. Always f##ks you around with people in the que behind you that I give up. Absolute crap.

%100 a scam, extorts more money from you after you book like everyone wish I read these reviews beforehand. Google should be ashamed to let obvious scammers advertise. I will report to google and everyone else should do the same. The absolute Jerk named Andy also runs another scam by the name "the easy gardner" which also needs to be shut down.

Booked and specifically asked for a walk-in bin as I’m older. Needed to use my wheelbarrow Left a bin with a door that was welded shut Asked was he going to get the bin I hired: said no couldn’t go get one.

This company and their contractor have been terrible. I wish I had looked at the 90% negative reviews for the company. They have lied repeatedly about when they will pick up the bin over the phone. Each call they have said they will pick up by eod and they no show. They have blocked the driveway to row of units and don’t care that they are causing a terrible problem. It’s now day 4 after the scheduled pick up date. Beware!

reason without consultation or informing so with no bin and a charge of $523 i am left with the only choice to report this to fair trading queensland and the police for fraud as well as the bank to charge back all fees

Horrible experience – Perth Western Australia Hired Skip bin to arrive Sunday and be picked up Friday. Paid and money taken. No confirmation no email and no bin, now getting bank to cancel transaction. Kitchen being ripped out tomorrow with no where to put it but the lawn.

again and he said he would have it to me by 3pm when I texted him at 3:20pm he said 20mins at 4:25pm I called and he said he delivered yes I swore at him when I looked outside and NO BIN he delivered it to a different job in the same area. I asked for a refund and the guy just laughed at me when I asked why - 2 days running late he said he only just found the email with my job number what kind of business are you running.
