Boori Field Bed

Horrid quality! Don't buy! – I'm so disappointed with our purchase. The entire bed frame is constructed by gluing long planks of wood together, and unfortunately, the glue fill line is visible in some areas because one plank is slightly smaller than the others. Additionally, the color of the top plank is significantly lighter than the rest of the headboard, and we've noticed the same color discrepancy issue on the sides. It seems the product was built cheaply and without care. We decided on Boori because our experience with a Boori cot was positive, but this king bed has been a shocking disappointment. Now, we're left sleeping on a mattress on the floor as we wait for a solution. We reached out to BestInBeds, who apologized but simply referred us to Boori, after which we've received no further response. I'm left wondering what happened to the 30-day free return policy.
