I was really impressed by how easy the bed frame was to assemble. The mattress has also exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, and I’ve been very happy with it. I can definitely see why the brand is so popular. I also love the design. The only downside was the strong new-product smell, which took almost two weeks to fade. Show details
We purchased this bed for our 4 year old, as our 2 year old moved into the old Joey bed of his brother. We love koala for our beds, quality, value for money and the ease of putting it together. We’ll be buying again soon for our spare bedroom!
I am happy with the discount. The delivery was quick (next day). I am happy with the environmentally responsible packaging (all recyclable). I am happy with the solidity of construction. I am happy with the ease of assembly. I’m not happy with the alignment. The frame wasn’t square. However the bed is rock solid. No squeaks or creaks. This was the easiest, fastest assembly of any piece of furniture that I have ever assembled - in fact, it took me more time to remove the packaging than it did to assemble the bed. squeaked if I so much as breathed too heavy (and took me about 5 hours of swearing to assemble). Had this new bed squeaked even a tiny bit, I would have returned it. But it is incredibly solid, totally soundless and as I said, was an absolute breeze to assemble. I considered the Sleeping Duck bed (as I have a Sleeping Duck mattress which I LOVE!) but the price was higher than I was willing to go. I also purchased the floating side tables. While ideally I would like bigger tables, my bedroom is very narrow, so these were a great solution to my space problem, as they allow me to have something either side of the bed. I am very happy with my purchase and feel like the price is very fair. Unrelated to the bed itself, which I happily give 5 stars, delivery communication could have been better - despite phoning direct, no one could provide me with a more accurate delivery than "between 7am and 5pm." It was only on the day, about 30 minutes before it was delivered, that the driver phoned to say he was on his way.

It’s an excellent bed base. I’ve bought 3 now. Just don’t expose it to sun and humidity because the surface can peal. Although I think that’s fixable, and it’s such a great product I’d still buy again. Show details

Lovely timber, a classic and timeless addition to my home. The design is actually better than the picture here - instead of a central leg on the base, there is a sturdy metal rod that runs the length of the bed for stability. This is much kinder to carpet if you're moving the bed, plus it allows uninterrupted storage underneath. I love this bed, would recommend. Show details
