property with no ladders and we have a 2 storey house so he had to leave and never ever returned to this day to patch it better. The manager makes excuses and justifies that they don’t need to replace and comes up with the stupidest reasons why. Oh and not the mention they installed the incorrect inverter and put in the cheap one and I had to request the discount for the stuff around. Definitely do your homework before signing with these noobs if it weren’t for Bryn (he’s lovely) their salesman they’d be stuffed.

Stay away from this company! – Customer service until they received payment was great - then it all changed. It's been two months since they installed the panels and I am still waiting for it to be connected to the grid as a result of an error on their end. I have tried numerous times to have this rectified, however they have not responded to my emails. Moreover, my rental agent has now informed me of damage caused to the roof from the install.

Poorly designed and not value for money – Don't do it. Sales and install was the easy part, Follow up service on queries and requests not great. Design should have been better with a bigger system and panel replacement, inverter choice was poor. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Show details
