upgrades and added extra switches, we had emailed him but no response but after I sent pics to sunboost they numbered them and clearly gave us the order for safe shutdown. The man we dealt with was highly efficient however we have also been waiting for a response update on a costing to add an ev charger and costing for system maintenance for over two months by another worker who was actually the sales man that we dealt with a year ago that installed our second list of panels and battery system. He was good for that bent over backwards however a two month wait after talking with them and still no feedback as to costing we won’t be getting servicing or an ev charger addition through sunboost as it seems like it’s a bother for them. We were told we can go somewhere else so we have. We have mixed feelings regarding sunboost after sales support as well as sales honestly shop around and do your homework. Make sure your getting the right system and inverter for your planned system size and installer puts them in according to the manufacturers regulations as to not void warranty, they can all do better if ya ask me! Sungrow 10 kw hybrid inverter, 19.6 sungrow battery stack and two lots of panels all installed by sungrow rep at different times

This is my second system install from Sunboost. It took eight months from application to installation. This was an unacceptable wait time in my opinion. There were long times between updates, and many excuses. I almost cancelled. The system seems to be working well and the installers seem to be on the ball. It was all done in approx 4 hours. Avoid this mob like the plague. 3 days to fit 8 panels, an inverter and battery, and they still haven't finished. They literally turn up for a couple of hours per day then disappear. Absolutely no communication. It took Arise Solar a few hours to fit a system 4 times bigger. There are better companies out there.
