After the installation, we are happy with local contractor. Follow-up after installation after we have meter installed to accept the solar power. After installation, we called customer support and spoke with Adam who run through the whole process with me so that i could understand it. Thanks.

Everything went well, inverter was installed a little higher but Adam got on to that straight away within three days, installer came back out & lowered it down and fixed the issue.

work not delivered
the people delivering the system forgot to leave the frames to stand the panels up , the installers said they would get them as it happens all the time ,got home from work with all installed . when the sparkle came to inspect the instillation . i asked what angle the panels should be on ,he said 37 ,but said mine were lying flat,
then asked the installer what happened why are they not standing up ,he said that i would loose the middle row of panels from shadowing my roof is 10mts x 7 mts then said they could not fix them down , so now all my panels are lying flat ,then asked how is going to refund my $600.oo back and why didnt someone tell me about the work not do ,it feels like they tried to get away with it then it tripped out 3 times . what can i say

Won’t allow us to cancel due to their inability to understand details
Made complaint to return deposit through third party as company refuse to cancel service and call us a few times a day trying to sell us the product again and again

After many phone calls - Matter resolved
Original installation was excellent, however after Origin connected Solar Panels via smart meter to electricity box. I noticed we was receiving less than my neighbor who had same inverter but one extra panel. Contacted Sunboost many times advising I thought maybe one of the banks of 11 panels was not connected. After three weeks of continuous phone calls and receiving no resolution to the problem, advising Sunboost to please remove and refund payment. Sunboost then had a representative call out to my premises, and lo and behold I was correct, one of the switches to 11 panels was not working. Today am receiving nearly the equivalent power as my neighbor. Sunboost please listen to your customers more.
Very efficient and courteous
There were no issues in regard to the installation of our 24 panels and system. The job went smoothly, joel, the electrician, was very informative and helpful explaining the details of the system to me would recommend sunboost to anyone who is thinking of a solar system.

Installation was great, no mess left for me to clean up. Installer kept in touch with me on the progress as I had to be away on the day. Company was great to deal with.
Overall the installation went smoothly. The installers were very polite and informative and hard working. I was however, slightly disappointed that the map of the location of the panels was to split the amount of panels in half, when as discussed with your office, we would have preferred more panels on the north side. So this means that I am not achieving the optimum percentage on the north side.
After the metre was installed, I contacted Dwayne from your office to advice how to connect the wifi. He put me through to Monika who was very helpful and informative.
Hopefully we are up and running and it will be ok. Just waiting for confirmation from Monika.
Sunboost were great to deal with, Max is on the ball with his knowledge about solar. My first bill I got $56 credit so cannot wait till my next bill and see if I get the same. I also got a $100 credit for referring a family member. Thanks to Max at Sunboost…

The installation was a breeze. The company was great, and there have been no issues with the system or the company. thankyou Sunboost. I would certainly recommend Sunboost. In my first 3 months I got a credit from my electricity retailer.

2nd house our family has Had done works very well, Had a small fault 3 weeks after installation but they managed to diagnose and fixed over the phone in 15 minutes all is well thanks Adam
Looking to the future now!
My house should have been looked at first to work out how to arrange the pannels and then work the costings. The internet recording of solar should have been set up the same day. After saying this I am very pleased to take part in the future with solar as part of the mix with power line connection. The way of what comes in may change as in coal to renewables, but my solar travels out is from the sun, so I am doing my part for my part of the world. Change will not come from the Government, but I at least have made my change and am HAPPY to do so!
Panel installation was easy. Initially quote does not contain all costs even though they may be another's responsibility. Customer should be made aware of such as reprogramming smart meter for extra solar capacity
Brilliant service. Installation nicely done. Backup service with Wifi installation was wonderful.
Installation of equipment was done professionally and well. Sales team was also efficient with good information on the system and feedback on options. System worked immediately from installation. Wifi connection was impossible without Zara but good once installed.
